As I was watching The Summer I Turned Pretty I realized I don't think Taylor Swift's music makes that great of a soundtrack for movies/tv shows. It makes a good edit, of course, but not a soundtrack. I always feel like it overshadows the show/movie it is in. Plus, BECAUSE her music is so big and so many people became swifties these last few years, her songs are incredibly recognizable, whenever one of her songs starts to play in a scene it takes me out of it, it's like breaking the fourth wall.

Im in bouldering club, im rly bad at it, but i try. I went today for the first time in three months and HE shows up????? He has never come and he definitely was not in the club before but apparently he is now!!???? Uhm... okay. First of all i was resting on the bench for a bit and he was like talking to a mutual friend and he goes "is she just zoning out" OH SHUT UP anyways i brushed that off. Secondly he was putting tape on his finger cause he has a blister or sm and he asked me to cut the tape, except it was not possible to rip it with my fingers it was like synthetic material.. so we look around for scissors and fortunately there was a pair and then i cut the tape for him. Thirdly i was sitting on the bench yet again talking to our mutual friend and the friend is like sitting diagonal from me so theres space beside me/in front of friend and also beside him/in front of me but he sat next to me to join the convo. Wait no i sound so dumb i mean like its 50/50. Ok goodbye

Also i missed the bus when i was going home as well 💀💀💀 what great luck i have.

Today it was absolutely pouring okay. And i had my first day of class. I usually take the bike from the station instead of the bus because its just easier and costs less but because its raining i have to take the bus cause walking would take literally half an hour. Im lining up for the bus and im already like 10 minutes behind schedule but if i get on the next bus i can make it to class on time. HOWEVER the bus is full before i can get on and the doors close. I HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR THE NEXT BUS. I wait because its the fastest option i have. I frantically email my teacher. I end up being 15 min late but its the first class so the teacher basically hasnt said anything important. I am saved.

Also the teacher emailed me back and was nice about it. Also also, it didnt matter if i was late because apparently the first week doesnt count. I was only panicking cause the syllabus said tardiness is not tolerated
