THE NEW NARRATIVE FOR THE ANIMATOR JOOST LIEUWMA
The story is going to start up as a teenager which is Joost Lieuwma walking in to his room and infront of his computer and starting up to do an animation in Microsoft paint. He creates a small clip of a man walking up to a building called the HKU which is the university that he started to work on.
He opens the door and come out as a graduated student from the HKU and started to work as a freelance animator. After he goes through another door and at that exact time his animation is ending as he stands up from his chair and he is in his own studio working on animations with his friend.

THE TWO NARRATIVES FOR THE CHOSEN ANIMATOR - JOOST LIEUWMA
1. The Brushstroke's Dance
Joost Lieuwma's colorful and vibrant paintings adorned the walls of his studio. Each stroke of his brush told a story, waiting to be brought to life. One fateful night, as the moon shine the room in a soft glow, something magical happened. The characters from Joost's
paintings began to ignite.
In the centre of the studio, a graceful ballerina emerged from a canvas, her delicate movements echoing the strokes of the brush. With every leap, the ballerina danced with effortless elegance, captivating the room with her ethereal beauty.
Meanwhile, a mischievous jester jumped off a canvas in the corner, his playful antics creating a whirlwind of laughter and joy.
As the night went on, more and more characters emerged from their painted worlds, creating a fantastical scene within the studio. A majestic unicorn galloped gracefully, a fierce dragon breathed fire, and a wise owl watched over them all.
In this animated wonderland, Joost's imagination came to life. bringing joy and inspiration to the artist's heart. They reminded him why he loved creating art so much - the power to breathe life into his imagination and share it with others.
2. The Journey of the Paper Plane
Joost Lieuwma had always been fascinated by the simplicity and beauty of paper planes. His animations often depicted these humble creations taking flight in extraordinary ways. One day, while Joost was folding a paper plane in his studio, wind came through
the open window, carrying his artwork away.
Outside, the paper plane went higher and higher, guided by an invisible force. It darted through the bustling city streets, between buildings and over rooftops. People on the ground looked at the sight, pointing and smiling as the animated paper plane danced in the sky.
As the sun began to set, the paper plane descended gently to the ground. It landed in a peaceful meadow, where it was greeted by Joost's animations.
Together, they formed a parade, marching through the meadow, celebrating the journey of the paper plane. Right after seeing the creator of the paper plane they vanished leaving bright stars behind.
When Joost finally found his animated paper plane, he couldn't help but smile. The journey it had taken was a testament to the wonders that can unfold when creativity and imagination are set free. Inspired by this experience, Joost returned to his studio, eager to continue
exploring the endless possibilities of animation and storytelling.

BREAKDOWN OF THE BRIEF
In this brief we have to find out and research about five of our favourite animators and finally choose one of them and animate their story of their artworks in a creative manner.
I have found research about the life story and the process of my favourite three animators and what they did to make their animations come to life (Process work).
Through this blog you can see how I studied about them and finally came to the final animation. You can also see some of my 2D animations that I did for some work.
