1. Drink green tea (my absolute favorite one!). Green tea makes ur metabolism fast, and keeps u warm (+ it has vitamins for clear skin). It makes hair glowy, and make you debloat & gices flatter tummy. Only positive effects. Green tea is literally a game-changer!
2. When showering, first use hot water, then switch to cold water. Switch again and again every couple of minutes till u are done showering. This lifehack gives ur metabolism a boost, since ur body has to use energy to keep ur bodys temparture good!
3. Sleep atleast 8 hours (10+ hours the best) a day. When sleeping ur body procresses all the food, and without sleep weightloss is 10x harder and slower. Too little of sleep is one of the most common reasons weightloss is slow. So sleep is the MOST IMPORTANT thing for weightloss. Trust me.
