theyve probably fucked up my favorite mangas reputation because of boruto. i know all you boruto glazers will come after me but as a die hard naruto fan, the way they butchered narutos character just fucked me up. ever since the first couple chapters they fucked it up. i know this is boruto's story but i genuinely havent seen boruto in the past like... three chapters. its getting to a point where its so drawn out they really just need to stop doing whatever theyre doing.

i could and would talk about the scene from my last post for hours btw.

the fact that in this scene he realized that he was the only one who chose to be alone. he is the one who decided that he would choose vengeance over friendships and love.

if he had let go of his anger, his need for revenge, he would have realized that everything he needed was right there in front of him. and in that moment he realized, everyone who had ever cared about him was right there, all along.

naruto, sakura, kakashi, everyone. and yet he chose, he was the one who chose to be alone. and he regrets it. regrets it so much that you see its the first true emotion hes felt in a while. he doesnt feel accomplished anymore. he feels sorrow and regret for what he couldve had.
