Came up with potential lyrics for the trailer.
When all the adults have gone away,
It's up to them to save the day.
The grown ups may be out of sight,
Be ready to leave at first light.
Through twists and turns, you will find, Blood ozing from their spine,
Walls painted red, you might be dead,
Or they all might all be fine.
Be fast on your feet, don't retreat,
This disease is still unknown,
When you age you might decay,
Right onto the floor.
Let not let...
... demise
Lest not let the sin of greed
Take ye off your life in steed
Hence not which way or whence your from
They'll carry you off to Kingdom come.
Take off said I and off they fled,
But when they return.. I'll be dead.
Small sam wept and tried to hide,
But the clever lot found his hide.
Mother father, sister, brother,
Might these zombies be,
Wait until you turn 14 then you'll truly see.
For the opening make it pus on his face but turn expectations to make the eye pop instead.
Locked up in a cage, devoid of rage
Brutally beaten till his bones

When tilting bounce to the opposite side, have logic to the choice of a camera frame.
When the location has been established don't keep showing detailed backgrounds.
Do things you can't do in live action.
When cutting in to a shot with the same object change the angle of it otherwise would look like a jump cut.
Screenshot a panning background, and reassemble it and remove the characters in photoshop.
Don't draw you eye to too much detail away from the action.
Storyboard is showing how to tell the story while a comic is showing the story.
Baby driver intro car robbery scene.

Everything you put in a shot matters, basic composition with basic shapes then add detail, compose the scene around the most important part, pointing to it. Foreground, mid and background. Rule of 3rds, Citizen Kane. Room/head space framing the incredebles where there looking at each other. Golden Rule. Single point perspective. Ariel perspective. Using a frame within a frame. Strong lighting. Leading lines. Diagonals. Odd number of things in a scene is better if your not using symmetry. Fill the frame, eg Bolt. Negative space give the character breathing room or isolate the character. Follow the film with the sound off should be able to follow it as a slient movie.
Don't cut at joints.
Use 3d space. Use dolly zoom for intro?
See the completion of an action happen in another angle.

Just found this fan made music video of the Animal Crossing New Horizons game and Doom Eternal, love how it shows the animal crossing parts as 2d animation and have the doom sections as moving paintings to emphasize the completely different games, while also showing that the fandoms for these IP’s are one of a few who get along with each other by bring both characters into each others worlds.

This is from personal favorite episode of Spongebob Squarepants, so many jokes and moments are still quite funny even after all this time and this episode is one of the few times it makes squidward have a happy ending. So cool to see the animatic of a section of it.

I saw the new Pixar film Onward today, thought it was quite good. The character designs are really unique and how they incorporated the story so that all the past elements came together was great including stuff like a didn’t expect like when they enlarged a cheese puff into a boat.

I’ve found a nice paper stopmotion that transitions from one thing into another really well and fluidly and is in tune with the music. It would take a long time to make this and concists of thousands of individual images.

Kind of music I’m looking for
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zjhw5tC3Mh8
I’ve found this piece of music from Deltarune, it fits with what direction I’m going with my film, but as that music is copyrighted I’m going to have to create my own take on it. Also with the sound effects I was playing around with the midi piano in the voice recording room and decided that I will use that to help create either the music or the other sound effects I can’t find online.
