Come sempre quando vado a Napoli, passo a salutare l' ultima casa di Giacomo Leopardi. E come sempre urto contro l'indifferenza, la totale irrilevanza del luogo in cui visse e si spense il più grande scrittore della storia italiana insieme a Dante, umiliato in vita, con le sue crude verità, umiliato nella sua eternità letteraria, amato da pochi e messo nell' ombra dalle istituzioni e dalle genti incolte.
