I think most tf content is fundamentally incapable of actually engaging in proper ambiguity when it comes to morality and actions.

Its always either "bad guy thats bad" "badguy thats charming" "good guy thats good" or "good guy thats rude"

There should be more intricate interactions between people and i think MTMTE is a leading reason for part of the issue

Megatron got no REAL push back from anyone but getaway and because of this JRO had to make getaway the focus antagonist. I think there's a serious lack of two people, neither of which being wrong, having beef.

Issue #34 of mtmte is about as close as we get between Bluestreak/Mainframe and First Aid bur it ultimately went nowhere and none of them had any discussion in the future about what happened.

Similarly there's missed opertunities for why people like Blaster, or Hound, or Bluestreak hate megatron. Showcasing the PERSONAL impact he had and making megs really recognize the extent of how he uprooted people's lives would have made his efforts to do better speak much louder, but instead he never fully engages with anything other than the genocide apologist squad [aka rod squad]
