Technoblade Duo Bloodbath

This is a MCYTblr poll. Bribes, propaganda, and voter fraud are all allowed.

The bracket has been seeded based on a combo of a preliminary poll, fandom prominence, and amount of time spent together in lore. This means that some of the matchups will be unfair. I’m sorry. 

This is a character-focused poll. Keep your focus to character actions that took place on DSMP and during DSMP lore, not origins, smpearth, or real life. MCC is dubiously canonical so I’ll allow it, but I’ve got my eye on you.  

I called it a bloodbath because blood for the blood god, but let’s remember our guy was always an excellent sport. If you are mean to each other in the tags, you will make me sad. Please remember the real people on the other side of the screen. Actual threats in my notes will result in a block.

re: unintentional hiatus

I wanted to apologize for completely disappearing. A lot has been going on regarding my health on top of having just gotten my computer back. Right now I’m only a few months away from publishing my first novel but I am going to be back here, if slowly at first. If anyone is still around, that is.

“You know-- I can’t even tell if you’re serious or not,” she said with a deep, exaggerated sigh. Her mouth twitched somewhere between a frown and a smile.

“But if you really need funds...”

“You say that and it hasn’t even been six months since the last time I bailed you out, Lock,” Mic said using a tone of voice that was usually reserved for PTA moms. She was pretty sure that she had just lost all remaining demonic credentials.

;; they released me from the hospital and i’m doing a lot better. i really appreciate everyone’s support, that’s been really important and helpful. i might not be on much in the coming days just because move day is tomorrow but i’ll try.

;; hey guys, I just wanted to let you know I won't be here for a bit. I've been admitted to the hospital for pneumonia which wouldn't be bad if it wasn't for my CVID. I don't know when they'll let me go home. I'm sorry for everyone waiting on me.

“I don’t like shooting. I like stabbing,” she said, coming to a stop again. A thoughtful expression crossed her face and she tilted her head. “I also like setting things on fire but I thought that would be a bad idea.”

“Maybe we should hide.”

“Dermo blyat,” Sokol mumbled. Always with the stabbing. “You know, there is reason I give you nine-millimeter!” He could hardly reach his Glock, as it was; he was too busy being dragged by Mic. Who even was this guy, and was he not immune to high-velocity lead poisoning?

;; hey, just wanted to let everyone know that i’m kind of mia/very slow at the moment because i move into the new house in ten days and there’s a lot to do! i’ll get to replies as much as i can.

“I am,” she agreed. There was amusement in her voice. At least he tolerated her, especially given their differences in species. Was that the right term? She shook the thought away. “Just black. That’s all I want.”

“You’re absurd,” Balthazar comments idly, but the angel is rising from his seat. “What’s your poison, my friend?” He can never remember her bloody coffee order and it irks him to no end.

“No, but it’ll probably be the one that makes me feel better. That counts for something. How about-- I don’t kill you? That’s a good offer. I just want a cup of coffee without getting up.”

“ — And do you really, honestly think that is your best course of action? And dead bodies aren’t going to persuade me, you gotta offer something interesting. ”

“I didn’t say I stabbed him,” she protested almost immediately. Glancing around the corner, she made sure that no one was coming. 

“I did stab him a little but I didn’t say that I did.”

Footsteps sounded from down the way. 

“Time to run again!”

“Sounds like your fault to me,” he grumbled. Why did he always get caught up in this nonsense? 

Oh, wait. He knew why. Why was standing right in front of him.

“You stabbed him. Presumably, had choice in that matter.”
