It has been a really busy time for me and I love the holiday season so I still wanted to get some Christmas pictures even if its March. Welcome to Hylewood: A new savefile by Cloudberry-Sims

I thought this little savefile would only take me one to two months , but it actually took me around 10 months. But a lot of things happen during those 10 months so I shouldn’t be that  surprised. But it’s over now! The savefile is done and ready to play! 

First , I want to thank the original creator of Hylewood @nilxis for making this beautiful autumn paradise! I wish autumn looked like this all year round! 

In this save file you will find:

1 town hall.

1 gym/alchemy store.

1  marketplace with a book , grocery , consignment store with a community garden and bar/inn.

1 library/graveyard.

2 ports for houseboats. ( I don’t think you should move the boats around though.) 

2 empty starter lots.

2 parks. 

3 island homes ( you should be able to go by boat , if not you can always teleport).

4 inland houses. 2 of them are unfurnished. 

There is technically 3 bars in Hylewood , 1 at the marketplace , 1 standalone and 1 by a port. 

Miscellaneous facts: 

There is no school , hospital or other rabbit holes in this town. Your sim will have to be self employed or work at the only two rabbit holes that exists, which is town hall or the mausoleum. 

For education you can either home-school them by using Nraas or send them to boarding school. 

I built this world with  the  “witch/supernatural” aesthetic that I used in New Moon Coven. 

When living on one of the islands there are 3 ways to get their- by boat , using the teleportation booth from supernaturals or simply using the testingcheatsenabled true and click “teleport here”. 

This save file has no sims living in here. So fill free to populate it with your own sims! 

Feel free to delete or replace any lot if you need space to build! 

Some facts before downloading

You will have to download @nilxis empty Hylewood first , since this is a save file. You can find Hylwood here. 

You will have to have all sims 3 expansionists installed , but only that. No CC , store or stuff packs needed.

If you don’t know how to install a save file , here is a quick tutorial:

“After you have downloaded the world and made sure it is installed, you can download my save file. To find your save-folder you will have to go to Documents-Electronic Arts-The Sims 3-Saves and put the Hylewood savefile folder in there. Then your done! “

Please don’t claim any of the houses or the savefile as your creation , no pay sites either. Happy Simming everyone!
