We'd run through green meadows, littered with dandelions, cast their delicate whites into the sky and watch as the breeze gently take them away. As gently as I'd hold you in my arms under the warmth of the sun, resting amongst the soft beds of grass. But not before a little snack. I'd give you the slim jim and I'd take the apple because I know meat's your favorite; although you'd pretty much eat anything. And then time would pass and darkness would slowly overtake the song of day. The stars would splatter throughout the black fog in all it's shimmer and we'd walk back home, it's not that far; a hop, skip, and a jump away. Maybe I'd bathe you. It's probably been a few weeks, sorry. You've got away with it for far too long. Oh, don't be dramatic. The water's warm and sudsy, filled with puffs of bubbles. Don't move! See, it wasn't so bad, was it? And after that'd I'd give you more helpings of dinner for being such a good friend. All gone already? Now, you're tired right? So am I. So let's lock up and hop in my bed. We'd tuck under the blankets, I'd hold you in my arms once more..you smell nice...and close our eyes, awaiting another content day.
If only you were still here.

I say a lot of stupid things,
And made myself a fool,
Just so I could get a laugh out or two,
But some, I meant them to take for,
I'd say them twice, three words such as I love you.

knock before you enter
Hey, could you, maybe you know,
knock before entering my mind?
It's a bit intruding when you burst in at these inconsistent times,
In the morning when I wake, in the evening before rest,
You're keeping me up at night, an agonizing effect,
...
But explain to me the reason why,
The joy spurred from your invasion,
Call me crazy, call me blind,
It's so tantalizingly sublime,
How I welcome you with open arms as you enter my mind.

I seek the eyes of he who smiles,
A certain charm that's undenied,
Solely unveiled for whom he deems his candid confidants,
Once a when, it lives and blooms,
And I'm fortuitous,
As to witness those tugged lips,
Of his that ever-cease to quip,
And speaking of, he r'mains unspoken,
Unbothered emotion,
Wish I, heart-to-heart with him,
But I fear a scarcely dim.

undermined
I've spent a pretty penny, On all those silver rings, I got a hold of a little birdie that sings, But all that never was of merit, You've never given me credit, Just a pretty little mouth that ruckus and complains, So why do I..stick around to hear you say, I love you, day and night

i vow to you
I vow to you in open arms, A cozy home, warmth to call yours, Embrace affirm, whisper nothings, For you to deserve, my love, my honey
I vow to you in sickness and in health, Blessed to give and blessed with wealth, All the care, your love's a cure, I'll diagnose just to be sure,
I vow to you, my heart to give, To intertwine through the days we live, Heavy, held, and kept in of My vow to you, my love

Take a glance
You can't see the real me,
Unless you turn around see,
Won't waste your time dragging round a face you can't read,
So full of life, none of lies,
Something not seen often, Carry interest?
If you'd could just then, Take a glance

much
so much to do
so much to think,
so much to go through,
so much to pick,
so much to see,
so much to be,
so much to try,
so much to sigh,
so much to know,
so much to show,
so much to outgrow,
so much to go,
so much to relax,
so much to prepare,
let鈥檚 take our time,
there鈥檚 so much to spare.

my book
I've read you like an open book, Linguistics drove together, I've kept you shelved in a nook, I've studied you forever,
Why do you think you may bare lies, Waded through you with my own eyes, Thumbed through your pages, I know the places where your truths reside

I don't need glasses to clearly see
that you and I were meant to be.

the girl across the dancefloor
She stands amongst the dancing crowd,
Clutching her emerald, velvet dress,
Concealed by an inadvertent curse
Of no one to impress,
I sit under white cascaded tent,
Her hair tussles around,
I'm troubled as to why no one noticed the beauty present,
Hesitation fails to catch my wrist,
The world is moving slower,
I bow, offer a steady hand,
She tries to keep composure,
Grooving eases into ballad,
The stars above surround
Now that she has swayed the avid,
As we dance amongst the standing crowd.

I want to thrive a life,
I want a job to fit my needs,
Support myself financially,
I want a house to live and grow,
A trophy marked and ready to go,
I want a boy to love, to miss,
Directing the love I have to give,
I want a child to raise, to teach,
Paving the path for them to keep,
For them to thrive a life

the apple tree
The apples I've picked have never been perished,
Always have they been a bite that I've cherished,
Luscious rounds of reds, so sweet,
It's pleasure to pick them, oh what a treat,
Since a sapling up to timber,
Over epoch, grown so limber,
Never an apple left untouched,
I've savored those apples I've plucked,
At no time an apple has fallen,
Putrescent, not even for a moment,
For this tree is robust and flourished,
As the apples I've picked have never been perished.

it's not a good one
Morning,
Is it a good one?
The sun in shining, but I don't feel the warmth,
My breaths I can see in the air,
Afternoon,
Is it a good one?
The leaves are falling, but I'm not having fun,
They stick to the ground,
Night,
Is it a good one?
The moon is glowing, but I still cannot see,
Just where am I.

funky dreams
I lie asleep, yet wide awake,
Surrounded by colors and shapes,
A talking dog, a singing frog,
My couch is floating on a lake?
My teacher hosts a puppet show,
An apple flies away,
I'm falling now, down I go,
The surface won't make way,
My blankets hang off of the bed,
Scrunched, undone and all,
The clock ticks on the stygian clouded wall
As I wake up in cold sweat.

Hey, Just take this letter as a friendly reminder, Of the person you are, ways you don't undermine,
Though it's filled with words of love, It might be hard to defy, But I don't expect return of felt, As I refuse a goodbye,
I wish for a bond, Knotted tightly, mixed thread, For my heart has grown fond, Over a love not said,
I feel the wave of gentleness, Your suave, your beautiful smile, You're handsome, that I must confess, But that's not all I see,
What pulled my heart was you to-be, Brimmed with confidence, Of all your traits I've come to see, One marks the main, intelligence
But I do wonder, If it'd be just fine, To shoot my shot and ask, If you could be my Valentine?

One of these days,
I'll be wealthy, I'll be rich,
But not today, I don't want to work,
One of these days,
I'll be surrounded by friends,
But not today, I don't want to get hurt,
One of these days,
I'll find a love,
But not today, there's no signs from above,
One of these days,
I'll be appreciated,
But not today, there's not much to look,
One of these days,
I'll be looked backed on,
But not today,
I have so much to do
