New Jacob interview!!

Some really interesting tidbits in here:

Rolin discovers things as he goes along :) and Jacobs loves to responds to those

He has certain truths about Louis that he carries with him, and one of them is that Louis sees himself above humanity (which is rooted in book canon)

Louis realized reading Claudia's diaries that he wronged Claudia

Jacob decided that Daniel was there to help because Rolin never answered Jacob's question about that

Louis knows that there is something off in the relationship with Armand - and the last time they were real with each other was San Francisco

Louis felt safe(ly and telling the truth himself) the last time when he met Daniel

Louis and Armand have followed Daniel's life and kept tabs on him

Louis knew he cannot trust Armand

(Jacob going "Is that true?" remembering the fight in 2x05 is really funny, lol)

They are always asked to hold 10 things in their mind, which aligns with how Jacob is :)

Louis is not Claudia's dad - and yet he is

The end of 2x08 was not supposed to be Louis being a badass, but accepting himself

Louis in episode 1 hates himself and takes it out on everybody else

The ending of 2x08 was the hardest scene for him

Season 1 and 2 is Louis' story - and that scene is the last thing "you" take from his version of events

No this is not the last time we see Louis

Lestat saving him is a confusing thing for Louis, because he wanted to live, but he wanted Claudia to be saved also, but the next time he and Lestat meet it's more about seeing this life as a gift

The reconciliation is about "my life began when I met you"

Sam is going to hold what they said there as canon for Lestat which Jacob found stressful

Rolin and Jacob thought Sam would hate it, and that's part of why they wanted to do it (and apparently he wants to wind Sam up all the time :))

And he cannot give anything away - but just has to keep it :)
