She didn’t have the heart to tell him that she’d become insomniac because she feared that he’d lash out like he used to. So, Paisley just stayed quiet until she felt more comfortable in his embrace – not that it affected her speaking to him, it just took her a while to get used to being around him again after being away from him for so long.

It was hard for her to be out of contact with the people who supported her when she first left at 14, but overtime, she got used not having that worry of them tasking Zack off the both of them due to Paisley deciding to move to a different state, somewhere where her parents couldn’t find her no matter how hard they tried to find her. The only problems were Zack’s ears continuing to bother him even when he was sound asleep, him being away for work most of the time and her learning to be a stay at home mum which made her bored out of her mind some days because she had no friends to hang around with due to her being worried that one day… her parents might find her again and want to take Zack away from them.

“I’m okay... just trying to wrap my head around getting used to being a stay at home mum and not seeing you most days. It just gets hard sometimes with looking after Zach on my own and it does get stressful whenever he knows that his mummy’s worried… my heart aches for him and the fact that one day – our families might be able to find us and take our baby away from us which is something I never want to happen, at least, not again…”

They were both stressed, but they weren't living with their parents; they were together with their son. It was hard because their parents didn't think they could be parents, but there they are, doing everything their parents had done for them. Wade worked all the time to provide for his little family and to save up for Zack's ear tube surgery. It was their parents constant threats to take Zack away that were making their lives difficult. 

Wade was making enough money; that wasn't the problem, but he wasn't home a lot, and Paisley was being a stay-at-home mom. Their son was doing better. Paisley said he was settled and happy except for his ears bothering him at times; there wasn't the tension between Paisley and her parents or the arguments about paying for his surgery and staying away from Wade and just letting them take custody of Zack. The tension was still there; it just wasn't in the house. They weren't even talking to their parents right now, not until they could accept that they were back together, not let them pay for the surgery, and not get custody of their grandson. 

He did see her taking some tablets; he knew they were for sleep, but it was concerning that she was having trouble sleeping, but it wasn't uncommon with a year-old baby and worrying about what their child's grandparents were going to try to do to interfere with their relationship and custody. He was having trouble sleeping, too. He just asked her in a low but deep and drawn voice, "...are you doing okay, baby? I know I haven't been around, but I'm getting the money for Zack's surgery." Gently, "C'mon, let's go to bed."

Eliza shifts herself as she can sense something is watching her and the boy… she needed to get him fully settled in as soon as she could so that she can deal with whatever being is following them around. “Sorry… it’s just that we don’t really have a lot of visitors… in fact, you’ve been the first one in years so I might be a little rusty as a tour guide” she let out a small chuckle to shake off any nervousness that had formed inside of her.

I have appeared back from the dead 😂, I have like two announcements hence why I’m making this post…

I got into university (they sent me an offer n I just need to finish this year’s exams before I make my final decision)

I got my first tattoo on Friday!!! (I’ll link the photo just below - courtesy of my dad taking a photo of it after it was done/before it was covered up)

I will be trying my very best to get back to the replies I owe people - I’ve just been up the wall with my observation exams with placement and going to university interviews n all that. thanks some of you guys for being patient with me even if it’s been like nearly 3 months since I’ve gone awol aha

It was strange to feel like this, it finally ended. All of the killings, having the blame be put on him because of Billy Loomis being his father. He could finally move on peacefully without having anyone call him a killer while he was on the street, he didn’t feel like celebrating however since there was still something eery about ghostface and everything that went on that had to do with the masked killers. 

He was sat outside the room, staring into the abyss before hearing some footsteps and flicking his head towards the noise that interrupted his thoughts.
