TIL they're the same car bc fiat made a rebadged version when they bought chrysler. So my initial guess was correct. They aren't cousins, they're one and the same lmao
I can't explain it but the Chrysler 300c and the newer Lancia thema are cousins to me. Automatic 3 liter big blocks. 4 seater and then some. Round grill on the front. Yeah.

Chevrolet Chevelle Laguna Type S-3 Coupe, 1975. The S-3 was introduced in 1974 as the sportiest third generation Chevelle and for 1975 received the slanted, urethane-covered aero-style nose designed for NASCAR. It came with tuned suspension, Chevrolet Rally Wheels, louvered opera windows and swivelling bucket seats. Standard engine was a 350ci two-barrel V8, 400ci and 454ci were available, the largest engine could be optioned with 4 speed manual transmission though I'm unclear how many were sold.
