Went over sexuality in my Cultural Geo class, and we got on the topic of consensual sex versus non-consensual sex, and my professor (male) asked the generic question of: “If you’re with someone, doing the frickle frack, and they want to stop, what do you do?” All the girls in my class said “stop”, the boys hesitated. 17 boys in that class, and only three answered “no.” My professor got mad and asked the guys why they hesitated or didn’t respond and the most common answer was, “Why start if you don’t want to finish?” Then my professor said, “Look around, ladies. Know their faces. Don’t go near any of them. Don’t date any of them.”

Bless my professor. I have mad respect for him.
