Mental health problems in the twenty-first century have been the subject of headlines world-wide, as financial pressures make it more difficult for people to attain overall joy and serenity in their busy lives.
After ending up as a victim himself to bankruptcy in 2010, world-renowned personal development specialist Andy Shaw used structured thinking to turn his own life around on its head. His successes persuaded him to dedicate his life to teaching his newly-developed Saltori mindset to the whole world, with seemingly incredible outcomes.
Tumblr media
Speaking in a press interview, Shaw’s representative Peter Halm explained: “The world is struggling more than ever, and we all have to discover how to let go, relax and simply focus on ensuring we are the very best possible variation of ourselves. Andy gets floods of e-mails daily saying just how much he has been helping different people to turn their lives around, from 100+ countries and from all walks of life. Whether it’s individuals who have been let down in previous relationships, or individuals who are falling apart under pressures at work, Andy’s yet to hear from anybody who’s tried his system out and failed to get a positive outcome.”
Shaw’s teachings can be found on his website in bite-sized written chapters, videos and short articles as part of his Saltori thinking system, and particularly developed to be built effortlessly into a person’s life, while producing maximum effects. Shaw has been teaching his followers the best ways to take advantage of their mindset to understand precisely where any hurt is coming from, whilst training them to see the favorable elements of any real life scenario.
Testimonials have actually flooded Shaw’s website in recent months, coming from 140 nations worldwide, including that of W.M from Scotland who described the procedure as: “Something entering your life that resists all logic, at exactly the right time, exactly the right place, and exactly when required,” whilst P.W from Iowa, US states: “My anxiety levels have gone way down since using the Saltori thinking process, and rather than making the exact same errors over and over again, I am totally in control of my own mind, and my own life course”.

A success mindset just doesn’t come naturally to the majority of us. Authors of “Wealth Can’t Wait”, David Osborn and Paul Morris claim it´s just a question of training the brain correctly, and success would soon follow. According to the authors of the book, if a decision is made to be wealthy, a person´s career is actually irrelevant. It just becomes a question of realizing the actions required to become wealthy in any particular career.
They say that the 3 most important commitments to be made are to be the very best at what we do, start with the end goal in mind, and finally make sure our career is actually something we enjoy doing. They also point out 2 important questions to ask ourselves with regard to our idea of wealth… “What does wealth mean to you? And, what wealth do you want in your life?” They also explain the importance of creating extra motivation and a success mindset in order to achieve any financial goal.
Tumblr media
They describe how people in a career they don’t love will know the effort it takes in order to get to work, which involves a lot of effort, and that’s just to get started in the morning. On the other hand, they say people who do something they love or are passionate about, require no effort to get started in the morning, so these are the people who become more productive and successful, just by doing what they love doing, with wealth following in no time at all.
According to the Saltori system of thinking, anyone who wants to attain the life of their dreams, will need to understand how structured thinking is the key to getting full control back of our destiny. Personal development guru, Andy Shaw explains that without a full understanding of the Saltori system, people would almost certainly end up remaining trapped in the same level they are in now. He adds: “This is a very common mindset scenario as our mind and life aren´t static, so if we aren´t expanding our life, then by default we are actually contracting”.
Shaw claims that skills learned from the Saltori system of thinking, are key secrets for wealth, life fulfillment and success. He adds: “When people become the master of their own thoughts then they can suddenly become the master of their own lives, it´s just a question of not becoming distracted.”

In a recent edition of the LA Times, motivational speaker Danielle LaPorte revealed 4 clear signs for when self-help was becoming self-destructive. In a run up for the release of her new book “White Hot Truth”, the report explains how attractive the self-help scene has become today, but also points out how often the case is now that people just end up replacing one addiction for another, especially if the correct support is not given for getting through the psychological pain barrier.
The term “Spiritual bypassing” was thought up by psychologist John Welwood, who has defined it as people using spiritual practices or beliefs for avoiding or dealing with painful inner feelings and deep unresolved psychological wounds. The report claims that sometimes people are doing the right things for the wrong reasons, so they are required to examine their own motives as they journey down their new spiritual path by spending some time with self-reflection and asking themselves what they´re really looking for and why.
Tumblr media
LaPorte went on to make a comparison for people being able to find spiritual practice and the path to self-help to someone finding their own beliefs soon after leaving a small, single church town. She said that people just needed to learn how to think for themselves, as well as being able to break away from any form of spirituality, just so they could really get to grips with what was actually helping them achieve their goals.
One popular personal development system called Saltori, currently being used by people coming from virtually 140 different countries, has claimed that it is not aligned with any form of religion. System creator Andy Shaw says on his website that Saltori has simply taken wisdom from many great and wonderful spirituality teachers often associated with religion, and putting their wisdom into easily understandable thinking structures.
In a recent interview Saltori´s official spokesperson Peter Halm explained that the idea of Saltori was not actually for teaching people what to think, but rather for teaching the mind how to think. He said: “Saltori is more like an everyday language, so just as we are now making use of the English language to communicate, Saltori works in the exact same way, but only in our mind.” He also explained that the Saltori thinking system allowed people to dismiss negative thoughts like feeling anxious or being stressed without any effort whatsoever. He added: “Basically Saltori is just what any of those wonderful spiritual teachers had ever wanted to teach their followers. So should any negative or unnatural thought pattern ever return to a person´s mind, the Saltori structured thinking state just won´t allow them to stay and they can be easily removed with no effort at all, just the power of thought.”

When confronted with bankruptcy in 2010, personal development professional, Andy Shaw, was faced with 2 dilemas. The first was to accept his loss and start building up his life again from square one, and the second was to sink into deep depression. Shaw says that he soon realized that once his mind could accept life for what it really was, and not drawing contrasts between reality and expectation, his life would move slow enough for him to have total control over his future.
In an article published on his website, Shaw says that when he was confronted with total bankruptcy, he knew he had to be crystal clear with his thinking. He adds: “I knew this was a short-lived scenario and the only way it would be a long-term scenario would be if I allowed it be so. I thought about vanishing off into the business world and making another fortune, and re-emerging in three to five years time as another success. Nevertheless, something had actually changed in me, as I had actually found the trick for controlling my own mind and thoughts.”
Tumblr media
Shaw admits to not immediately recognizing just what he had actually stumbled upon; the missing piece to mind control, which he says he wanted to share with every person in need of resetting their mind, when faced with having to rebuild their own life or business. He describes how at his lowest point in life, he just felt an unexpected need to share his newly-discovered wisdom with the entire world. He says: “Why should I keep the secret to joy and success all to myself? This sensation of ecstasy I wake up to every single day is not something to be hidden away, but something to be shared with the whole wide world.”
During recent years, Andy Shaw has become an internationally renowned personal development teacher, with people from nearly 140 countries following his Saltori method of structured thinking. Saltori Training has recently been launched in North America for training companies and employees to apply Saltori Structured Thinking techniques right across the board of any business or organization.

In a world dominated by career progression and modern life defined by personal accomplishments, it’s hardly surprising that some people are struggling to develop themselves into an individual capable of achieving that state of happiness and serenity that we all dream of. But many people coming from the fours corners of the world have began listening to self-help guru Andy Shaw, who has drawn up his own top ten tips to help other people achieve a successful self-progression life plan.
Shaw’s top trick to a successful lifestyle focuses on the idea that success is all in the mind: “As soon as you obtain the right frame of mind, and can focus on one goal in life at a time, everything else just seems to fall into place,” said Shaw in a recent press conference. “With this being a significant step towards success, it can be testing for many people to get into that right state of mind. We’re all pretty busy in this day and age, and it can be quite difficult to just find the time needed to sit down and draw up a successful life plan, especially after a difficult day at the office. That’s basically why I decided to develop my Saltori structured thinking system.”
Tumblr media

To be quite frank, a positive can-do mindset is a big bonus, which will help you go that extra mile to achieve more. No one ever becomes successful by allowing everyone else do the work, so the Saltori system motivates people to make this ethic become part of their daily life.”

Although Andy Shaw’s Saltori personal development series has been a total success since 2004, it was only when Andy took a risk with his business that his work really began to produce a massive profit. “It was a bit of a battle getting started online for me back in 2004,” Shaw stated in a press conference.
He added: “But now there are hundreds and thousands of guides online to help you out with everything from establishing a website to driving and maintaining traffic. Anik Singal has been one of my most valued personal mentors for many years since I first started out, and I really don’t know where I´d be today without having had his sound advice, so I have no doubt whatsoever in recommending his book, ‘Passion to Profit’.”
Tumblr media
Shaw’s Saltori series itself has always highlighted on the important relationship between being happy and wealth. According to the website, Saltori has accomplished multi-national success in nearly 140 different nations, with hundreds of positive reviews being given since being released.
Shaw also explained that becoming a successful personal development guru had not always been so easy, but that Anik’s 'Passion to Profit’ book had been the only real success shortcut he had needed. He finalized by saying: “The book’s streamlined step-by-step process is not only easy to follow, but also motivates the reader to press themselves just that little bit harder each day. I truly recommend people to consider the achievable option of successfully generating income from their own personal passion, just like I did. People would soon see that this book is without a doubt a worth while read. My life and my family’s life have changed so much for the better, since I dared myself to charter unknown territory. In my view, if the whole world just read this one single book, it would end up being a much happier, and more successful place to live in.”

There have been a whole bunch of blog articles and press releases recently released that have a negative view about the whole idea of positive thinking. According to smallbiztrends.com, even though quite a lot is heard about how positive thinking is an awesome tool for both business and individuals, it would appear that success goals can sometimes be hindered by positive thinking.
A prime example of such pitfalls, according to psychologytoday.com, is the possibility of fooling oneself with positive thinking. The article says that by trying to convince oneself about an outcome, it can prevent us from seeing the reality of the matter. For example, by convincing oneself that a deal will be closed or that a presentation will be successfully presented. While each of them is certainly a great outcome when thought about in a positive mode, the article points out that in case that beliefs and experiences don’t go hand in hand, people will inevitably become confused and frustrated.
Tumblr media
An example provided in the article for making sure that positive thinking is put through a reality test was to consider the alternatives, and to have up to at least a plan b, should plan a not work out. On the healthy side of the coin according to the article, a recent research has indicated that being positive about future tasks helps in calming people down, while also reducing their blood pressure. But on the negative side, such thinking will also reduce ones energy levels, so too much positive thinking can lead to people feeling sanguine about a certain situation, or about their future.
According to Saltori thinking guru Andy Shaw, beyond positive thinking exists the key to wealth, personal success and potentially becoming rich. In a recent blog post seen on saltori.com, he says our thoughts will create our outcomes. He adds: “No thought will ever stand still, it will either help or hurt. Should it hurt then it will take us away from our desires, and should it help it will take us towards them. You see not every individual thought is the same, so they never have the exact same level of power, because every thought is unique. There are thoughts which take us to our objective quickly, but some are a lot slower in landing. On the other hand, some of our thoughts will quickly drag us away from desires, whereas others very slowly.”
youtube
Andy also says that for people who want to get more from their lives than they currently have, it’s just a question of removing hurtful thoughts and nurturing the helpful ones.
More information about the Saltori method of thinking can be found on the official website www.saltoi.com, along with a number of complimentary personal development downloadable pdfs and a happiness test.

An article that was published on the Globe and Mail website suggests that some marketing strategies are taking advantage of our sense of guilt to sell more self-help products. Mr Thomas Allard, an expert in marketing and behavioral science at U.B.C, says that feeling guilty is one of the best motivators around to help people get motivated to turn their lives around. But have some marketing companies tapped in on this finding to enhance sales in the personal development sector?
With a number of marketing strategists having been seen using such a strategy to sell more books, Peter Halm, official spokesperson for Andy Shaw’s self-help giant “Saltori Thinking” says that such methods of marketing would actually defeat the point of the object of self-help, adding: “Self-development books have to be embraced by the user, not act as a one-stop shop for a guilty conscience.”
Tumblr media
Halm also pointed out that While some companies would try and make people feel guilty about how much they had eaten over the Christmas period in order to promote fitness and weight-loss books, that self-improvement books just didn’t work that way, adding: “Take Andy Shaw’s self-help course for instance. It just hasn’t been designed for people to feel better about themselves for a couple of days, it’s been designed to be a lifetime buddy, as well as helping them to achieve inner peace and psychological stability.”
The “Saltori Thinking” course, which has global followers coming from nearly 140 nations, has been accredited with a number of positive comments that would appear to back up Mr Halm’s claims. Seen on the official saltori.com website, J.P says: “If you’re ready to have your life changed for the better, but still question yourself why you’ve never been able to succeed when others do, then this personal development system is definitely for you.” Another verified user B.A. has described their experience as: “These aren’t books to be left on the shelf. They need to be read on a daily basis, soaked up and chewed over. This self-help system is about setting a working structure for the rest of your life, one which cannot be hurried.”

UK millionaire, Andy Shaw, says he was brought up in a middle class family, and taught from a very early age to save money. In a recent blog post published on his self-help website saltori.com he explains that from a very young age his savings always came first, with his major goal being to buy something with it later. He also says that although both him and his brother had both been taught to save, his brother saved the way most people do, but that he saved the way rich people do.
According to Andy there are many levels hidden in the term ‘saving money’, so if this game is being played at a wrong level, then it´s being played wrong. He adds: “Or rather you´re damaging your activity, your potential monetary, and lifestyle gains. So really saving money the wrong way can end up being the downfall for the large majority of savers. It goes without saying that saving money is a good thing, but if it´s coming from a level of consciousness which makes it dangerous to life, then things will obviously begin to go wrong.”
Tumblr media
Mr Shaw comments that many people who save operate from fear, lack, and a scarcity based consciousness, concluding that their strategy to build wealth is to just save every penny they can, while just hoping it´ll be enough for them to last a lifetime. An extreme example of this mindset he adds would be like the tales of multimillionaire savers who lived as though they were in poverty, yet had a ton of cash in their bank accounts.
“Money really works best when it is put to work in an efficient and understanding way, one that suits your mindset and money thermostat,” says Andy. He adds: “Personally I like to make money while I am asleep, while on holiday, while traveling, or while everyone else is on vacation. I love that feeling, as it compels me to learn more in general, as well as more about investing. My consciousness surrounding money has been switched to the level of abundance. Other people are switched to an even higher level of abundance than me, but many others are switched to a much lower level of abundance, but everyone within the abundant level, will be living their lives just knowing there´ll always be more on its way.”
Andy admits that many people do wonder why he´s so lucky, and he says it´s due to spending so much time in preparation and being happy to just sit back and wait for luck to come his way. He adds: “As long as people see money as a painful subject to deal with, and subsequently ignored as much as possible, then they´re just limiting their life potential, as they live their life in an unprepared manner. Yet just because they´re savers, they actually think they´re fully prepared.”

With numerous books having been released over recent years in the self-help and personal development niche, a variety of self-proclaimed gurus with strong followings have all asserted they understand what the secret behind success really is. A few years ago though came Saltori, a personal development system by Andy Shaw, and currently with followers from nearly 140 different nations. According to the many reviews seen on the Saltori website from people who are already using the system, it has been described as like no other before, and not just another self-help book giving false promises.
Many more reviews can be seen from system users that speak about how the Saltori system has really changed their lives in a positive manner. One published comment by U.R reads: “There are so-called masters that guarantee change and success overnight as long as you follow their set of "rules”, whereas Saltori keeps it clear, simple, and useful. Without any complicated information, simple ways to develop your life and produce the wealth you could only imagine before, can be achieved successfully just by possessing the correct mindset.“
Tumblr media
Another user of the Saltori system has also commended its simplicity, adding: "Without making things complex, you惻l get simple recommendations that will expose the "wrong lessons” learned through life. Those things you thought were right all along are probably the barriers stopping you from achieving a success mindset.“ Furthermore, the user says that if the Saltori system was taught in schools, our world would be a much better place.
An additional Saltori user explains how they have already managed to drive away all negativity, saying how favorable thoughts suddenly appeared overnight. He added: "The book was really simple to relate to, so it was simple to apply in real life.”

Wilding also points out in her article: “People who’ve tried using positive affirmations know too well that it’s going to be difficult to keep up. Many positive thinkers tend to spend 5 to 20 minutes reciting their affirmation to themselves, but what about the remaining 23 hours in a day? It’s more than likely that their mind’s going to drift back to the old negative way of thinking.”
Tumblr media
According to Melody, the problem with the positive affirmation approach is that it only operates at the surface level of conscious thinking, and don’t actually do anything to contend with the subconscious mind, where limiting thought patterns are really housed. She goes on to recommend the re-working of self-talk to sound more like: “I’m a work in progress, and that’s the way to move forward.”
She adds: “That’s how to point someone in the direction of positive growth, while being both realistic and achievable. Another example might be telling oneself: “With each moment passing I’m making the effort to become more conscious with regard to how I spend my money”. This acknowledges the fact that one is evolving, while having the choice for creating an improved financial future.
youtube
In another article entitled ”Beyond Positive Thinking“, and published on Saltori.com by author Andy Shaw, similar claims have been made about the concept of Positive Thinking. Andy writes: "Anyone who’s previously spent time in researching personal growth is almost certain to have covered at least some work on Positive Thinking. Unfortunately though this may not be the largest error of teaching within personal growth, it’s definitely one of the biggest.”
Andy shaw has developed a system of structured thinking called Saltori, which is currently being followed by people from nearly 140 countries worldwide. He describes Saltori as a ‘system of thought’, that permits freedom from pain with regards to any negative aspects of life. He affirms that people who do choose to change current thinking patterns for this ‘new way of Saltori thinking’, can achieve virtually anything imaginable.

Moving beyond positive thinking was the title of a recent article published by Robby Berman on Bigthink.com. He confirms that many best seller books still refer to positive thinking as a way forward in personal success, though also reveals important findings in a study by Gabriele Oettingen, a professor of psychology at the Universities of New York and Hamburg.
Tumblr media
Oettingen says that too much faith can actually be a problem for obtaining personal objectives, adding: “In the short term Positive thinking tends to make people feel better, though over the long term it will actually sap people’s motivation. This will only prevent people from achieving their goals and wishes, resulting in a feeling of just being frustrated and stuck.”
In order to overcome the unbalance of positive and negative thinking, Oettinger and her associates recently developed something known as “mental contrasting”. According to the professor, Mental contrasting involves combining positive thinking with realistic goals, while connecting Positive Thinking to a more realistic assessment of a person’s possibilities.

The self improvement niche has also evolved big-time in nearly 140 countries worldwide, with Self-help guru Andy Shaw having created a new structured thinking language known as Saltori. Andy says that “success made certain” is more than just positive thinking, with structured thinking being the thinking language of today that will take people on a journey of successes.
Shaw has written multiple articles about his Saltori structured thinking language, all of which can be found on his website saltori.com. He says that throughout all academic education we are only taught what to think, and not actually how to think, making Saltori such an important part of the equation to making success certain.

UK millionaire Andy Shaw has shared some of the mindset lessons he'd picked up during the UK's referendum to leave the EU, while having to respond to die-hard REMAIN campaigners.
Andy Shaw, the mastermind behind Saltori structured thinking, recently revealed some of the mindset lessons he’d picked up during the Brexit referendum campaign. He has also explained why Remain supporters had acted the way they did following the Leave victory result. In a recent blog post he affirmed that his own viewpoint wasn’t rubbing in the fact that the Leave campaign had won, but was meant to expose critical factors regarding accurate thinking, which he says had been lacking from both sides during the recent Brexit campaign.
An image of Gandhi published in the blog post with annotation “Thursday June 23rd 2016 WAS Great Britain’s Independence Day - "First your’re ignored, then you get laughed at, then they fight against you, but then you actually win.” - Gandhi.“, has sparked off anger among some readers.

Referring to this image, and Gandhi’s words, a female remain supporter wrote in her comment: “No, we are NOT out yet. It’s an outrage that you’d dare use Gandhi’s words and image in context with such a sad event. “Independence Day” makes out we’ve been condemned to be America’s *****, rather than staying strong with fellow Europeans.” While referring to Leave voters, she said: "There’s none so blind as those who WILL NOT see!”
Andy explained that the lady was talking about the fact that Britain had voted to leave, but had not yet left. In his response, he said: “I’m going to answer this two ways. One, as a response, and two from a mindset point of view.” He said he thought that Gandhi’s words were spot on for this. In fact he said that from the leave side’s point of view those words perfectly fitted what they had experienced to perfection.
Mr Shaw did agree in that they weren’t “Out” yet, adding: “Time is of the essence! I expect we’ll get a much better deal than Norway did. During the campaign I was told many times by the Remain campaign that this wasn’t possible, however I was already aware of the financial problems the EU had got on their plate, giving us the upper hand in negotiaion talks.”
Regarding the comments made about the UK’s special partner, Andy replied: “We are not going to be ‘America’s *****‘ as you say, of that I’m sure. We may have been if we’d stayed in, as we’d have seen the National Health Service’s break-up speed increasing, and Fracking quickly appearing in the UK main stream, along with other nasties, but these were my main 2 concerns along with the TTIP deal, which the EU will be signing up to soon.”
