Duterte Administration

He was born in 1945 in Leyte, Southern Philippines, Duterte served in the local government of Davao City in Mindanao from 1988 until he ran for president in 2016. He garnered over 16 million votes, beating his closest rival by 6.6 million votes. Duterte "Para sa Pagbabago" many Filipinos voted for our current president which is Rodrigo roa "digong" duterte as the leader of our country the Philippines. They voted for him as the president because in so many ways they've been see all of the characteristics of a Leadership in him. But some Filipinos didn't like him as a person because of what is happening to our country. Suddenly economic growth is decreasing so bad, the different killings or murdering happens in different cities because of drugs. Our country is kinda mess right now let's add the problem of local Maute group whose still trying to terrorize the city of marawi and inclined with that the president give his discission to put the city in Martial Law . 

And people Nicknamed duterte as “the Punisher” and “Trump of the East,” Duterte’s folksy ways and his itchy tongue are shrugged off by some as honest and natural. Others call him a patriot with a genuine love for the poor. Many praise him for his war on drugs, which began while he was the Mayor of Davao, a city in Mindanao where there is Muslim unrest. The Davao Death Squad, a vigilante group, was responsible for the execution of  suspected of petty crimes and drug dealing in Davao. Human rights groups discovered skeletal remains of victims in killing fields. Still, people like to cite how clean and safe Davao is because of Duterte. In some ways let's try to be positive and look to the brighter side of it, he's just only a person whos trying so hard to give his best to served our country with all his heart and we've voted for him and atleast let's try or rather have faith on him to handle all the situation that happening in our country that's all we can do, let's unite us one and have a peaceful country in the future.

Duterte Administration (Anya)

The Duterte Presidency has marked its first anniversary in office. The present administration is very unique because president Duterte is different from all of these "trapo" (Traditional Politics), he speaks well on what he personally think is right. He leads the war againts drugs. And seeks to restore peace and order within 3 to 6 months. Due to this, Duterte is credited for a lot of good things during the past months or within a year. Including the rise of the pending laws, and many drug users and dealers have surrendered. Either because they believe they can be rehabilitated and start a new life, starting with Duterte's administration. I think that President Rodrigo Duterte is the president that would make Filipinos proud to be a Filipino. Compared to other presidents, he gets everything done right away. For example, just the first week of his presidency, he successfully cleared the streets of vendors and squaters. Before he become president, many drug lords surrendered fearing his brutal techniques of eliminating drugs and crime. Duterte called on Filipinos to join him in his journey of transformation for a better country. As he takes over the country's 16th president, he said his promise. CHANGE MUST NOT ONLY COME FROM HIM, BUT FROM CITIZENS AS WELL.

Our 16th President in Republic of the Philippines is President Rodrigo Duterte, also known as "Digong" , he was born in 1945 in Southern Leyte, Philippines. In a year that Duterte's leadership as a President here in Philippines was so grateful because he can fight us to another Country . He also wants to change our country due to the crime and murderer .But Extra Judicial killing was spread due to drug addiction , hostage and raped so that there so many people are prison and died .The Drug problem is much more attention because it is the first problem in the Philippines. Many people praise our President for his War on Drugs, which began while he was the Mayor in Davao . The Only bad thing about our President is his swearing in front of many people so we are abandoned by another country . Hopefully he would avoided swearing infront of people . For me President Duterte deserved for his position because we know that he can do all good things for our country .

Who is Duterte? What is his objective for our country?Did He deserve to be the president of our country?

President Rodrigo Duterte also known as Digong he is the 16th and current president in thePhilippines. His objective is to change our country to removed all the crime or disgusting situation. To hound all of the criminal and adick.But is it right to killed someone? We all know that the murder is against to the law of GOD he is the one has right to take life that lent to us. But it is painful to imagine that nobody's not care about GOD laws. They had no care to their fellow people. Is it a sin to think the sake of others and our country? In this situation this is what President Duterte want happen is to be peaceful our country, so we can not blame him why things happened that against  to the will of many. We cannot denied that so many crimes are happening and we are still worried about what can happen to us. If we will think about what president Duterte's doing it is wicked but if we understand we will know what he wants to convey. At the first place I don't like Duterte to be the president of our country because he is like a wild animals he is doughty but if we will think, he has done a lot and changes in our country. Drug adick was decreased and some people was scared to doing things that against in laws of government because of what they see to president Duterte. His regulation is different to the regulation of the previous president. For me he deserve to be a president because he know how to be a leader and how to handle a country . so just trust him and we don't need to judge him because many things he can do for our country.

Communication is how you interact with people. It is not just a single word with non sense meaning, communication is that how you talk to somebody in a fair way it's not about the color of the skin, the nationality you have knorr the sexuality. Communication is how you bulit a relationship to the whole world with the people with no standards or the way you look at a person. Communication is a way to have a good relationship between another person. When it comes to meeting a person we have this standards that aiming, if this people a white , black, or brown or sexuality we tend to pick a person to talk to let's stop that "standards" when it comes to communication let's have peace around the world and make new friends everyday by communicating with each other.

Communication is a very useful tool to develop diplomatic relation between countries.In our daily life, by well communicating, you can make many friends or build better relationship with your friends or family. Communication is the first thing we learn in life. When we were young and not able to talk very well, we still tried to communicate with our parents even though they don’t understand what we were saying. But once we grow up and learn our words, isn’t it became harder to know what to say, to know how to say what we feel, or to know how to ask for what we really need. Communication is so important. It is the key for us to be able to tell the others if what’s on our mind or what we are going through. It is also the way for us people to understand each and everyone.

During the construction of The Manila Film Center on Nov. 17, 1981, tragic accident happened. The Building collapsed and killed many workers including their families. The Film Center was called a building full of ghosts. According to the survivors, if they didn’t corrupt the money the building will not collapse. I am shocked of what happened years ago. One thing for sure is that, us as youth we can’t imagine ourselves being buried alive in that cement. 

It is really a terrible night for those workers & their family who were sleeping tightly when the accident happened. And it is at exactly 3 am, where in usually we call it devil’s hour. It is so scary.

I-Witness tried to reach Imelda Marcos & the survivors in the accident. But sadly Imelda doesn’t want to talk about what happened. Many people died, and until now their spirits are still not in peace. They need justice for what happened.

November 17,1981 , The Manila Film Center was collapsed by the rushing works and tender of cement, the tragedy was so ghastly. They saw that theres so many corpse that entrenched in that place because of the incident. It led to many non-restful soul that occupied the area or called it Building of Illusion. 169 workers are died because of what happened. Eliodoro Ponio said that Imelda Marcos doesn’t have fault but the truth is Imelda Marcos has saved that lotted money for that building so it collapsed easily. If Imelda Marcos did not corrupt the money for the Film Center , the building is still there and does not collapsed. They blaming her for what she did so that she didn’t want to interview for the incident .

Many Filipinos is clueless about what did exactly happen about The Manila film center. Is it a true part of the history or a false issue that still didn't died a long time ago. The film center once called Philippines largest tomb, haunted by the ghost of unknown workers who  burried alive underneath.

I was in shocked knowing about what happened a past years ago, it was on Nov. 17, 1981. What if you're one of those people who died in just a blink of an eye or died without peace in your heart. It's such a horrible night for those family who were sleeping at the barracks inside the construction area and when the scaffolding collapsed, several male workers including their familys were burried.

The most nerve-racking thing is that some says not all bodies were retrieved because the construction had to be rushed in time for the film festival. Although us youths who didn't know about what happend, IWitness and the survivor's knows everything about the true stories behind the lies of Heartless people saying that those "ghost of the past" is not real.

Nov. 17, 1981, during the construction of The Manila Film Center, tragic accident happened. The Manila collapsed and killed many workers. Because of that, many filipinos believed that it is haunted by the ghosts. Howie Severino tried to recover official records of the incident to search for the truth of what happened on that night. One of the survivors, Eddie, said that all of the dead bodies were removed on the site. Another survivor believed that there are still bodies that were buried, he claims that it was a body of the families who were sleeping on the barracks inside the area, and all the bodies are not removed because the construction was rushed for the Manila Film Festival. They do believed that what happened is not an accident, but sabotage. Because one of the survivors said that the construction materials were likely rationed so they can accelerate the construction. Because Imelda Marcos don't want to move the date, and her goal was to open on the opening day. I-witness tried to get in touch to Imelda Marcos and also tried to get reports about the incident, but the fist lady refused to be interviewed. Durinh the making of the documentary, it seems like there's no families who claims to have relative that was left and buried under the Manila Film Center. The team did not encounter anything, or any proof that the building was being haunyed by the ghosts until now.

The Manila film center served as the main theater for the first Manila International film festival. Madame Imelda R. Marcos, spearheaded the building of the first manila center. November 17 1891 during the construction of the manila film center its collapse and many workers was buried under quick-drying wet cement. Until now many people believed that there are still corpse in manila film center. The parthenon in greece is the inspiration of Imelda Marcos to manila film center. When the reporters go inside to investigate they saw the letter in the wall and the face of first lady Imelda Marcos. Pat Robles was the first police who respond in the accident. According to Pasay police station the accident is been a long time ago and they have no records in that incident. They say that in Cultural center had more records in tragedy. According to them there are three victims in that accident and one of them is Benigno Aquino he is engineer and he is 24 years old. However there are survivors in that accident.  According to them if they do not corrupt the money the manila film center it does not collapse. All of them blame to Imelda Marcos the accident. But the first lady Imelda Marcos did not want to interview.
