It’s really telling that Starkiller’s most powerful move is pushing people away from him. Repulse is definitely a trauma response.

I really do think he developed it as a child, when he was overwhelmed and surrounded by people.

Kota handmade his little girl's outfit for her to go to the Jedi Temple. He lovingly stitched every piece together to mimic the padawan gear. She wears it with pride.

not to be boring but I like when evil characters.... well not become “redeemed,” more like they become domesticated. its just delightful when like an evil monstrous little bastard man goes from committing murder to getting mad someone misplaced their costco card or left the jar of mayo on the counter all day.

i'm testing out something, rb this with a character that is your brand. a character that is yours and yours alone

Starkiller overdoes her mind tricks. The mind is a fragile thing, mind tricks are a subtle craft, and she's not a delicate woman. She puts too much power into it, and if the person she's mind tricking is lucky enough to survive their encounter, they'll never be quite the same.

The thing about Starkiller's padawanship is that Kota never commands her. He offers advice, tempered by experience and wisdom and she chooses whether or not to follow it.

Kota gives Starkiller a chance to have something she never had as Vader's apprentice: a choice.

It's by no means a traditional master/padawan relationship, but it works for them, by Kota allowing Starkiller to set the boundaries of what she's comfortable with.

The best ending would be Starkiller physically tackling Palpatine and just bashing his head in using her superior strength– he's like 90 and she's like 17, she could snap him in half
