Here's "Kokoro"'s full 3D model! This confirms him, without a doubt, as "zhenhe", given he literally uses the same face pieces and textures! Also, note the whale pattern all over his jacket.

It was brought to my attention that I missed something in the files- these portraits! (They have a typo in their name, so I guess it's no surprise I missed them, heh.)

They use the name "Kokoro", which is notably the word "heart" (though it can also be a name). The "Phantom Thieves of Hearts", for instance, are the "Kokoro no Kaitou-dan" in Japanese!

The person who told me about these also pointed out that the earring and lip piercings look just like the ones "zhenhe", suspected to be Magatsukami, has.

Fleuret's redrawn portraits (these are from v3.0.1, but I'm not sure if they were redrawn sooner)! His new base uses the same expression pieces as his real-world portraits, and generally seems to match them a bit better. This does mean his portraits no longer have slit pupils, though :(
