Okay the email was not angry or anything and I was able to send my response!! Luckily I don’t work in the same office as these people so if they secretly hate me it doesn’t even matter because I don’t have to look them in the eye ☺️ (copium)

#there is one specific project that we have major budget and timeline issues with rn #and that makes the executive dysfunction 10x worse because I feel sick with anxiety just looking at it #which just makes everything else worse lol #I feel like I’m always just barely scrapping by and ‘getting away’ with poor performance #that despite having outstanding performance reviews and feedback it’s just a matter of time before I’m ‘exposed’ for my weaknesses #AHHHHHHH #anyways time to work myself up into responding to this email explaining that I finished the task last Friday but ‘forgot’ to let them know #when in reality I felt so guilty about how long it took that I just. didn’t want to look at it when I was actually done.
