WHAT BENEFITS WE GET FROM DAILY MEDITATION? by @mindandflex . . Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. The more meditation we do, the more stable our life will be... physically, emotionally, intelectually and spiritually. Here at Mind and Flex, we cannot think about starting our day without the meditation practice, it is essential part of our life, it is like oxygen! Through the regular practice, we experience internal peace, balance, guidance and see the things from different perspectives. It helps our mind concentrate, focus, analyze, and synthesize without drifting. Regularity disciplines the mind. And the most beautiful part is, you can meditate anywhere. Yes, we know...when you think about meditation, you might think of chanting in the lotus position (a few years back, that was our perception), listening to chimes, connecting with third eye, etc. In reality, all you need to meditate is -yourself. You can do it while sitting, lying down, standing and even while walking. We personally love to meditate at home by our altar in the living room and outside in the nature, where we feel fully grounded and rooted. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE VISIBLE, YOU MUST FIRST CHANGE INVISIBLE by @mindandflex . . If you want to change the fruits, you will first have to change the roots. If you want to change visible, you must first to change invisible. Imagine a tree with the fruits. In real life our fruits are called our results. So, we look at the fruits (results) and we do not like them. There is not enought of them, they are too small, or they do not taste good. Yes. most of us put more attention on the fruits (our results). But in real life, what is that actually creates those fruits? It is THE SEEDS AND THE ROOTS that creates those fruits! If you want to change the fruits (what is visible), you must first change the roots (what is invisible. We love this life metaphor. Seeds are seen as things of potential, small ideas which will grow into big things -results (fruits). Next in the plant’s life, we have roots. We set down roots, we go back to our roots, we seek our the root of our problems. We have deep rooted beliefs and we talk of grounding ourselves which is one function of the plant’s roots. Due to the fact, that I still cannot practice hands on therapy on people. I decided to make some videos, which I hope you find useful.
