To whoever is reading this, close your eyes just for a moment.
Remind yourself why you began this journey in the first place.
Reflect upon who it is that you are fighting for.
See yourself as you fight for your purpose, day after day, getting there step by step.
Remember your value. Remember your purpose. Look into your heart, and see your motivation. It overpowers all else.
Please stay strong, and believe in your journey.

Please, keep looking. Not for a person, but for your passion, your love, your courage, your goals, your dreams, your happiness, yourself. Keep looking. Explore yourself before you explore another. Know your worth, know yourself. Only then will you know what you need over what you want. You need yourself to become your own.

Try to keep your body clean. With food. With thoughts. With energy. Everything adds up into one, contributing to your inner purity. Do not neglect yourself, for both you and your body deserve the utmost respect and care.

Failure is so often seen as something negative and demotivating. We let it destroy us and break us down, sometimes to the point of being to afraid to try new things or fully be ourselves because we’re scared that we won’t achieve what we want, or live up to societies high standards. What we don’t realize is that failure is not only a good thing but sometimes also necessary. It provides the lessons we need in order to grow, become better and stronger. It is essentially the foundation of success. I always talk about positive mind - positive life; What that means is that with our mindset, we have the power to create any situation and change it for the better. If we learn to see failure as something positive, something from which we grow, so much positive can happen and you open so much space for self discovery. Know that faliure doesn’t define you. It should rather shape you into becoming even more hard working, persistent, and optimistic. From failure we can learn the most important lessons. Remember - I am not what has happened to me. I am what I choose to become -

When I was in school, one of my art teachers used to say “this world needs more creators. There’s more than enough destroyers in the world today.”
Just a reminder, if you create anything–art, writing, food, machines, ideas, equations, knits, tools, gardens–the world needs you.

big reminder: seeing other girls living the “dream life” over the internet and social medias should not make you feel any less value in your own life!!! Delete all your apps for a week and go and watch the sunrise and be present and know that all that shit is a cyber portrayal that doesn’t have to affect you!! be grateful for what’s is directly around you and good things will come, but they won’t from fawning over someone else instagram account. go and be happy!! please!!

Why are we so afraid of being judged? Maybe because we’re afraid of being vulnerable, and showing a side of ourselves we’re more insecure about, where the result can possibly be being misunderstood, labeled, or worst of all, rejected. But being vulnerable isn’t a bad thing nor is it a weakness. It’s quite the opposite, actually. By being vulnerable you are accepting all parts of yourself. Of course, you are more susceptible to hurt, heartbreak and disappointment, there’s no denying that. But without allowing ourselves to be vulnerable we can’t experience the joy of life, we can’t be our authentic selves and we can’t be human, because to be human is to be imperfect. To be vulnerable is to be courageous. To refuse or deny your own vulnerability is to close yourself off to life, and all of its opportunities out of fear, not strength. Releasing the fear is in a way a mix between allowing yourself to be vulnerable and trusting yourself. You trust your intuition in that you are doing what is right for you. And if you end up being judged for it anyway, you trust that your strength will help you recover, move on and grow from that experience. Life gets so much easier when you understand that you have the power to do and change anything. Never let anyone, or most importantly yourself stop you from doing and being exactly what you want. The only person you have to prove yourself to is yourself.
