Crystal Bearers renders based on where your camera is supposed to be. On top of that, most textures used have several versions based on distance. It's a pretty neat trick (though not unique at all) and cool to see in action.

This isn't TCB-specific yapping but I get a pass because the video is in-game. I just think simple tricks like this are hella cool.

I Roo Jay'd myself today. I went in circles trying to avoid naming my new Selkie anything too close to Roo Jay only to come full circle after forgetting to avoid it. His name is Roo Sei and I feel really dumb but this is biblically accurate behavior for me to be fair. My Clavat, Orde, is named that because he has a sword. The Lilty I never used on the same file is named Ber Dal because halberd. My name sense is very bad.

Also, hilariously, poor bootleg Roo Sei's mom is named Rah Sie which is startlingly close to his name in my brain.
