i added a song shrine into my forever world :)

back when it was releasing, songs of war was a big part of helping me get back into playing minecraft, and i wanted to immortalise that into a world that i love and have worked many hours on <3 the shrine is on top of one of the naturally generated floating islands that i have a lovely view of from my base, and i absolutely adore the overgrown feel to it. i initially had a beacon placed under the centre of the shrine, but i removed it for lack of range. when i get a second beacon though, i’ll definitely put one under the shrine just for visual purposes :)

Bastion of the Boletaria

Hello everyone!

I want to share my first serious construction in Minecraft.

The ideas for this fort came after playing Demons Souls. Palace of Boletaria.

The project was built about half a year in survival on the server Subshield.

Aaaanyways…building update!

I made a few changes to the exterior that I think made it look a bit better, like adjusting the height of some beams and adding in others, as well as texturing the roof with some regular prismarine!

I also did a bit of interior work!

Here’s the first floor, I was going for a spooky/eerie/magicy vibe (there’s a grandfather clock in here somewhere, I just don’t have an angle on it) and I’m really proud of how it turned out!

As for the top of the tower…that was a different vibe altogether.

This vibe was more pure magic, more colors, and a bit of strangeness, having some oddities on display.

And I have no idea what to do with my second floor or my basement, except for maybe putting my bedroom in the basement bc I can’t figure out a good spot for my bed on the second floor-

Also yes I have put creaking hearts into my building. I’m in creative mode and my character is partially creaking and they are my friends :)

I ALWAYS default to medieval buildings so I decided to dress up my slime farm all city-like for the start of my industrial district! :)

Made a lil Jungle base for my travels

I often go through this jungle while exploring, so I figured I should make a place I can stop. I plan to make a path through the whole jungle as well so I don't have to make my way through lots of foliage while bringing animals back home.
