These past few months, I have been dying.

That may sound like a total over-reaction when im quite clearly not suffering from any physical issues. But still, Iv come very close to death on a number of times these past few months.

I don't feel like I have anything holding me down anymore. There's no guilt or shame when you whole heartedly believe that once your world ends so does everyone else's.

I fight daily against a logical brain that only ever asks one question, "what's the point?" At every turn in the road...And in a personal motivation to seek learning I find more and more that the answer is "Nothing".

I am not happy with my life. Even though I am surrounded by people I love, enjoy my work and have hopes for the future. I can't find the motivation to do anything when that question pops up again and again. Lose weight:what's the point, why aren't you performing well at work:what's the point, how's your relationship:what's the point, have you tried eating less, have you tried sleeping more, these meds should help you, why can't you just work through it, we're doing all we can to help you, Iv felt this way before too, we've all been there, room really needs tidying,

What's the point?

I just want to be happy but the things I used to find joy in no longer give me will or motivation.

I don't want to die but I really can't stand living like this anymore.
