Shaking and banging on my cell bars because I've been daydreaming and thinking about this scenario, but I can't for the life of me start a fanfic, so instead I share this with the people. Kind of inspired by: I stole the number one Ranker's Soul, but the other way with an isekai twist

You were just a regular fan, sipping coffee at your favorite café while rereading Solo Leveling for the fifth time until something reached out from your phone screen. Before you could scream, everything went dark.

When you opened your eyes, you weren’t in a new world… not exactly. You were staring up at none other than Sung Jinwoo, and he looked just as confused as you felt.

Turns out, you were accidentally summoned as his very first shadow soldier. You weren’t supposed to be here. You weren’t supposed to be a summon. And Igris? He hasn't even shown up yet.

Now, you’re stuck in a world you only thought you knew, bound to a hunter who's just beginning his terrifying climb to power. But unlike the silent shadows at his command, you talk back, glitch in and out of control, and worst of all… you remember things. Things that haven’t happened yet.

Together, you and Jinwoo must figure out how and why you ended up in this world and what it means for both of your fates now that the System has gone off-script, and as your bond grows, what does this mean to the main story?

Demo Update (July, 10, 2024): Episode 1

EPISODE 1 UPDATE: +100,433 WORDS

Hi Hello. Yes, I know. :< I went dark again! This time it was because I ended up changing more last minute and didn't want to moan on about the excuses so I hunched away to work on it in silence. :> I think I've made it clear through my actions that I am not a social media person so I tend to neglect the 502 Tumblr when I write. Sorry :< A lot happened in my life since posting the pilot but I did say I would never abandon 502 and I meant it. I struggled with my work/life balance since starting an IF (it's a lot of work) but I'm glad I'm here to I can update the demo now!

What to expect:

⛟ Another day in apartment 502

⛟ Spend some time with one of the roommates.

⛟ Have your orientation at your job and meet a familiar face!

Some things to take note of:

The news anchor route is not available. I didn't like the direction I was taking it and haven't figured out what I want to do with it. It's not gone permanently but this update it'll be blocked off :<

Stats are still not updating. I ended up changing them multiple times and realized I wanted to wait another update to figure out what stats I want to focus on. The story gives me many directions to go on when it comes to stats and I want to make sure I hone in on the stats that will apply the most of MC's story. The stats are there so you won't get any errors but they won't move or anything and they'll most likely change.

There may be some inconsistencies, typos, errors or things that don't match. The product of writing half the chapter over nine months ago and going through many changes. :< Please let me know if you find errors. You 100% will in a 100k chapter.

Diluc

Even before he got together with Alicia, you and Diluc were acquaintances. He wasn’t easy to get along with, he had a rough exterior but it was all his looks. In reality he was a kind person, though he sometimes didn’t know how to express himself. 

When he was together with Alicia you didn’t harbour any type of feelings towards him. It was when they broke up, when you spent a little time to get to know him, that you really saw what a genuine person he was. He was beautiful in all the right places, even his flaws were easy to love. 

“Well, that wasn’t too bad,” you mumble as the two of you exit the cinema, your eyebrows scrunched up in wonder, still thinking about the movie. “But the main character could’ve been a bit more assertive,” 

He chuckles at your analysis, “It was better than I thought it’d be. The reviews online made it seem unworthy,” 

It happens here. Just as the two of you push the doors to the cinema building open, stepping into the slightly chilly night, Alicia stands there. She’s stunned. You’re stunned. And Diluc stops in his tracks. 

The three of you stand as if a painting on a wall. Unmoving and stuck in time. The two of them were staring at each other and you eventually clear your throat. Alicia is the one who snaps back faster, “Oh, uh, hi, Diluc. Long time no see,”
