homeowner: Cash dust
He carries on the fortune of his dead great-grandfather’s business of owning farms and livestock and hiring cowboys for their labor work. But this family runs on unfair tactics and other illegal thefts. But their prideful personalities used their money and fame to bury their bad side. They stole land from their employees who are cowboys and paid them good wages to cover it up, but for some, they forcefully took control of them, stole their lands burned their properties to expand their business. Since the majority of the cowboys are in poverty and helpless, they didn’t stand u against it. After ruining generations worth of tears, they are at a good state, carrying out their successful business and doing multiple businesses to keep their fortune up.
Back to the present day, the homeowner is now the head of their family, making sure the legacy lives on. He didn’t end their corrupted work, in fact he continued, and one day he met a cowgirl villager who had good land and cattle to buy. He offered her a good price to buy their land, but the village head and the rest of the cowboys denied. He got defensive, knowing that the cowboys are skilled in handling guns, he burned down their village and chased the other villagers out of their land, and framed the village head for all of that. After forcefully owning the land, he kept some of the cowboys to himself and chased out the ones who didn’t want to be hired. After 21 years, he ended up meeting someone whom he had known from the past.

Homeowner Character Modeling Process
For the homeowner, I thought of making his body look boxy and low-poly to make it easier for me to make it look 2d stylised.
I used the same method I used for the lodger modeling process by using the annotate tool to get the reference and the snapping tool with the mirror modifier to build the face.
Adding the texture first was easy for me to model, as it can be used to compare the sketch and the model.
the body mesh ( retopologized mesh)
The homeowner, being in his 40s, I thought going for a lean body type would be the best
side and back view
accurate enough.
For the hair, this time I didn't go with the method I used to create my lodger's hair, as it was time-consuming, therefore, I used a plane > extruded > modifier: subdivision modifier method to model.
facial features
for his mustache i used the same method which i used to model his hair and used the modifier array to multiply.
covering his wounded eye and adding details.
and for the eye i drew using krita and brought it to blender and used uv unwrap to adjust the vertices
next i will be modeling his fit.
youtube
For the modeling process, I visually learned through this tutorial.

face rig progress
i started with rigging the body first and then moved on to rigging the face. this part messed up a lil bit so i had to manually add some bones to help me sync the face rig with the body rig.
Because of this, the weight painting part consumed a lot more time than usual.
