Nighteye can't exist without Toshi I think, lol. That's why I added him next to Toshi from ny previous drawing.

So he'd follow through as a villain xD

Now to explain his design ; obviously the blonde strands go, and he turns all black symbolically, also to match with AM. Toshi has a white tie to represent the "old nighteye" while Nighteye wears a red tie to represent the "old toshinori".

Toshi has peace signs on his hands, which also resembles a clock.

Meanwhile, Nighteye had roman numerals tattoo for the number 54 under his eye, which look like "LIV".

First, the meaning of this is "Live" since it's the timeline which keeps Toshi alive, and they're also numbers that can match with the "clocks" on Toshi's hands.

So yeah! Let me know what you think (:
