It's not often that Zoro is the little spoon but this Sunday is a quiet one, nothing to be done as they'd taken care of all their cleaning the day before. They're lazing in Zoro's bed, his house decidedly calmer than Luffy's own, and he's got the green haired boy tucked against his chest as the other dozess and Luffy scrolls on his phone, chin propped atop Zoro's head with arm outstretched across the pillows so the glare of the screen doesn't disturb his companion.

Turns out, it's not the light that's the problem. It's the way his chest shakes as he chokes back quiet laughter, trying so hard not to be too loud even as he whispers a few of the jokes he's reading aloud to himself before dissolving into another fit of snickers.

"That's not funny, Luffy. All of these are stupid."

The laugh that follows is louder, free hand hugging Zoro just a little closer as he reads. "What's brown an'..." He pauses, has to take a moment to quell the giggles and restart. "What's brown an' sticky?" Another pause, and he presses his face to messy green strands as he snickers.

"Luffy…"

He doesn't lift his head, whines a bit before choking out the punchline amidst giggles. "A stick!"

"…I'm moving to the couch."
