The older I get the more I admire people who are earnestly, genuinely into whatever their thing is. I know it sounds like an annoying cliche but unless you're being cruel or hurtful there is really no need to be normal about things. The dude with the bad fake accent at the renaissance faire is having the time of his life. The people having photoshoots with their fashion dolls are loving it. The old lady with a yard unreasonably full of tacky ass lawn ornaments is having a blast, HOA be damned.

Don't waste your time being too cool to have fun, y'know?

One interesting thing about me is that I frequently go through periods where I eat nothing but redbull and gas station sandwiches until one day I open my empty fridge and realize I have no idea what a functional human being buys at the grocery store so I have to keep a full list of everything I eat and use taped to the outside of the door so I can stare at it in a dissociative trance until the answers come to me through the void like dark knowledge from a divine being

I think we need more "unnecessary" gore in horror movies actually I think people should explode into a giant mess of blood and tissue and viscera during random scenes in horror movies
