A Note to Minors:

I see a lot on tumblr lately regarding the defense of underage participants in a certain community, as well as the underage participants expressing anger that they are not welcome on NSFW blogs. As a NSFW blogger, as well as someone who has come to know various sex laws due to their career, I thought I would clarify some things:

1. It doesn’t matter what the age of consent in your state is. Age of consent refers to the age that you are able to consent to sexual activity only.

2. Even if you are able to consent at age 16 or 17, by law you are still a minor. Pornography cannot be sold or viewed by minors.

3. If you are under 18 and you post explicit photos of yourself, you can be charged with creating and circulating child pornography, as the images contain a minor.

4. It is normal to have interests in sex and kink, regardless of age. There are safe spaces on the internet to seek these out and ask questions regarding your interests. Spaces where you can communicate with other teens, that are well moderated and do not allow adults to freely graze and prey. Scarleteen.com is probably the greatest example.

5. As a minor, showing purposeful disregard for another blogger or a website’s request that no minors be present on the site (and for some explicit material, 21 is the age for legal viewership) puts the owner of that blog and/or website at risk. No one wants to see awesome sex bloggers get shut down or sex friendly spaces on the internet get hit for having underage members. Think about more than just yourselves.

If you’re under 18, unfollow me. Don’t argue, don’t flame me, just unfollow. I’ll be the first person to high five you when you turn 18 and we can reminisce about how much it sucked to wait. Until then, peace out.

sorry, I think I already sent you that previous ask before but I still stand by what I said

I really do hope they're putting color back in everyone's wardrobes. It was so depressing to see everyone wearing so much black, gray, and brown.

It kept making me think of that one time during Garcia's ginger era where she tried to do her job and JJ's so she showed up on the jet in gray and using contacts and I went AHH and then Last Gasp when she was temporarily working cyber crimes so she had, like, a whole new wardrobe of neutrals and hideous flat shoes and I went EWW. (I'm still so amused they had a cyber criminal working cyber crimes like HA)

Like, what was even going on?

Well, we have this (hopefully) fun scene to look forward to.

even then, the rare times they give focus to the women, is if their subplots revolve around the male characters, they go through pain and suffering and or both

Which is gross, like, why do they not know what to do with their female characters unless they're hurting them?

i'm just hoping that the writers and messer remember that the show is about the BAU and not Elias (the main unsub)

I'm so scared it will turn into the Rossi, Green, & Voit show and I'll hate it.

garcia did fail to sweet talk tyler in 16x09 and it almost got him and Rossi killed

True. It's kinda sad that she couldn't sweet talk him into being of any actual help then and honestly, she really could've had her "woah, maybe I really can't fix him" moment right then, but I guess the crew (and cast) likes having RJ around so they're dragging her realization out for a ridiculously long time.

What do you think is going to be The Moment, then?

if the three have a scene together, are we gonna see Emily and Rebecca interrogate/question Tyler for something?

It's possible. He could be helping them with the whole Voit thing. They might do a good cop/bad cop bit or Emily and Rebecca might gang up and both try to intimidate him.

i didn't notice RJ peeking/cropped to the side of the photo. I wonder if this means Tyler Green has a scene with Emily and Rebecca or they just took a group photo on set

It might just be RJ hanging out between filming, but he was wearing a visitor badge (and so was Nicole/Rebecca) so they might have a scene together. Ooh, that's gonna be a scene.

Spencer and Garcia are an underrated duo, I love them and their friendship so much. The clip in 11.11 of drunk Garcia talking to Morgan while Spencer just smiles SO BIG and giggles to himself.
