Oh, forgot to mention - bloody hell, Thomas Doherty was so fun to watch in The Invitation! 

I mean, I feel like if this role was miscast with someone who Didn’t Understand the Assignment, so to speak, it’d just be kind of awkward to watch but maaaaaan I had so much fun watching Thomas go from genuinely charming to Evil™

(yes there’s some serious themes that i thought were explored really well BUT this is also a gloriously campy modern-Gothic-horror flick - it’s a strange combo of things but I think it worked!)

Honestly, it’s just wonderful to see him in this film in general! When I first saw him in Descendants I was like “this guy’s tons of fun to watch… yeah, I’m expecting I’m never going to see him again because life just sucks like that” but lo and behold now he’s *spoiler*! 

Good on you, Thomas! :D
