I’m not gonna do that I don’t want to actively hurt him on purpose I just don’t want anything to do with him and frankly even less so after finding out what happened with Ennis. Like if I wasn’t spending the night at Sid’s parents’ place maybe I’d probably be more worried about ignoring him and maybe it’s kind of a little selfish of me to make Sid’s dad have to deal with him on Father’s Day, but I’m not talking to him and they’re supportive of that so hopefully it’s not a bad thing that I ignored him

Augh I don’t care I sent him a stupid card if he wants to show up and waste his time yelling outside we just won’t let him in he can grow up I’m not giving him any actual moment of my time today especially if it’s just to be lectured or yelled at by someone who’s already upset to like drive over to my bf’s place

Every year I think I should try making zongzi and I remember my grandma saying it’s not worth the time and effort unless you’re making them for 50 people and I wind up never doing it but like I feel like I could make them pretty tasty the shanghai style ones aren’t all that different in taste from red braised pork belly which I do know how to make so like it’s gotta be at least somewhat similar to that

Have you ever been to the Tread museum?

No of course not I can’t even if I wanted to and I’m not entirely sure if I do or not I mean it’d be cool I guess but firstly it’s not in the city or even the country and secondly he literally doesn’t even remember what country it’s in. Like he doesn’t know the name of the country his own museum is in he just ships the stuff to the name of the museum and makes the post office figure it out

I know it's just like a small domestic thing and nothing all that big of a deal I guess but like getting to go to band practice with Sid instead of meeting him there and doing brunch on the way together instead of the silent but mandatory Sunday breakfast with my family is just so so nice. Can't wait to be doing this for the rest of my life

Uh btw sorry in advance if Mom’s more annoyed with you than she already was about you leaving… I kinda told her you bought me my prom dress cause she noticed it in my closet and started asking how I could’ve possibly afforded it since I spent all my new years money already. But hey at least you don’t live here so you can probs safely ignore her if she calls

Dad better be actually getting a fucking job I swear like literally any damn job cause like there is no way in hell Shelly's going to contribute as much as I did per month on a part time summer job and college grants and if they make her take out "college" loans just so they don't have to find a cheaper apartment that is actually actually ridiculous and like honestly she should be focusing on school anyway

Got home and Sid asks me if I have pics of the band during the move pizza party so I go and open my photo app and then I see he like took a pic of me cuddling him when I was sleeping this morning and just wanted to see if I had noticed it which no I had not but I have now haha
