King Of Drag s1e3 Death of Your Fears 感想メモ

ホラー回。テーマを通してキング達のパーソナリティに触れられる良いエピソードだった！ パフォーマンスとルックもグロ・キャンピー・ミニマルと、バラエティに富んでいて楽しかった。

いつも自信なさげな（だから応援したくなる）ペルカが勝って嬉しい。 The Final Thrustのスタンダップの残りのネタを披露している時が今シーズン一番イキイキしてて良かった

暗闇で怯えるキング達、モラセスがDVDの脚にしがみ付いてるのと、アレキサンダーとDVDのジャンピングお姫様抱っこが可愛かった （何故どちらもDVD絡みなのか…）

ダブルエリミが予告されるのは斬新。緊張感が増して良いと思う。エピソード数的にもう１回くらいありそう。

ホラーチャレンジと聞いて自信満々のヘンロー。ドラァグレースで何千回と見た事あるから知ってるけどそういうの黙っておいた方がええんやで…と思っていたら案の定セーフ抜けでがっかりする、とフラグ回収されてしまっていた。本番でちょっとアクシデントがあったとはいえ、トップ入りでも良かったんじゃないかなと私も思う。 Big Dのコメディ路線のパフォーマンスは狂気があって笑えて恐くて個人的には好きだけどボトム４になるのは納得かな。メイクやスタイリングの荒削りな所がちょこちょこ指摘されているのが今後ネックになりそう。推してるので心配。 パフォーマンス終わった後もずっと頭のコブ撫でてたり、いちいちほんと可笑しくてわろてしまう モラセスのヴォイド・スーツは静かなパフォーマンスと相まってちょっと息を飲む美しさだった。

ボトム３はプレッシャーK、チャールズ、アレクサンダー ３人ともルックの弱さがメッセージを伝わりにくくしてしまった様に感じる。

The Final Thrustはなんか普通に楽しそうだった。 プレッシャーとアレキサンダーがエリミ。特にアレキサンダーはもっと残るかな？と思っていたのでちょっとびっくり。もう誰が帰ってもびっくりではあるんだけど…

プレッシャーの去り際の一言が良かった��� “What happened to us is not our fault, but it is our responsibility to heal.”

There are a lot of “how to survive in a slasher movie” (e.g. not getting separated from the group, not having sex), but I’d like to collect “how to survive in gothic horror movies.” How about “not going to the castle the local villagers tell you not to go to” or “not getting in the empty carriage that comes to pick you up”?

THE KING OF DRAG PREMIERE WAS SO GOOD AHHHHHH I love all these kings I got upset when I remembered it's a competition show so people have to LEAVE. Doodled all these guys while watching, hopefully I can find the time/energy to draw more of them but better. One episode in and Buck Wylde and Dick von Dyke are my favorites. I love their looks SO MUCH and I want to hang out with them.

Also, it’s interesting to hear them (especially Dan) say “ore” in Japanese in the dub. I never thought about what their first person pronouns would be in Japanese.
