Good day! We are Group #5 and we are here to present our business and advocacy proposal, with the aim of promoting cultural heritage, using our knowledge in business.
If there is a common denominator between the culture of Asian countries, one of it is definitely the culture of street foods. Street foods are ready-to-eat foods and beverages prepared and/or sold by vendors in the streets and other similar places. It is also a regular source of income for citizens. While street foods are often categorized as unsanitary and cheap, our business proposal and advocacy aims to introduce street foods in the Philippines on a more cultural appreciated, business centered level.
Introducing Tuhog La Salle, an interrelated advocacy campaign and business proposal that aims to promote cultural appreciation through a small food business concept.

I'm Julianne Sabarillo and I'm here to discuss our purpose.
In our purpose, this is where the students highlight the reason and importance of having this concept paper.
Firstly to formulate, which means to create or express an idea in a concise or systematic way for our business proposal and advocacy campaign Tuhog La Salle for our final output, second which means for us to share more ideas about Philippine Culture specifically in Filipino food culture, because Tuhog is a very well-known trait of Filipinos for eating especially when eating street foods like qwek-qwek, fishballs, kikiam and many more.
Another purpose of this is to help students use this as a platform in improving their communication skills professionally in front of many and different audiences. Lastly, to help marketing students obtain how to use different marketing strategy when it comes to advertising our product.

For the first steps, this includes the things we must do and prepare before the opening of the Tuhog La Salle.
First step is that we're going to promote on social media our booth which is the Tuhog La Salle, this is a convenient yet effective way of promoting your business since social media present great marketing opportunities for businesses of all sizes.
Second step is for us to be able to make sales we must have a booth, but not only your normal or usual booth, we're going to buy and prepare the materials or equipment needed for the planned style and design of the Tuhog La salle booth. 
Third step is connected to the second step since that talks about the buying stuff, we also have to buy and prepare the ingredients and equipment needed for the food to be sold.
And after all the buying from the last two steps, we're going to build or create the actual booth and making sure it is sturdy and appealing to the eye of our future customers, Lasallians. 
 Lastly, the fifth step includes the meeting of the group a day before the actual selling and also checking and making sure everything is ready and good to go according to plan.

This concludes our final output, a business proposal and advocacy campaign entitled “Tuhog Lasalle”. We hope to inspire other people through our ideas and knowledge about business and the Filipino food culture. We would also like to express our sincerest gratitude to Prof. Christopher Gabriel for guiding, teaching and helping us through the process of completion for the subject Purposive Communication.
