The farm is the actual worst level because this chlorine gas fog of war is obscuring all the puzzles

Got stuck in the room with the hooked cart for like five minutes because pushing it didn't work the first time

It's already a miracle that he can still carry his wife out of there instead of game over-ing instantly like he usually does

I just realized that all the characters having been calling Walt by name this entire time and not just saying a command in a foreign language lmao

The simple but fun puzzles have been something I've really been digging. There were a few that made me think and mash random buttons for a minute or so but none of them have completely stumped me yet. Except for the hiding place of the first collectible at the Battle of the Somme boss level, have no idea where that could be.

Stared at this window for a solid two minutes until I moved a few feet to the left and noticed a flagpole lol

I am not looking forward to the next level, my pessimistic gut is telling me that this painstakingly long journey will lead to his family either dead or going to die in his arms tonight

The plot of this tunnel warfare level is to bury the Germans above.

In a twist of fate he rescues an enemy German soldier from the depths of the tunnels, and in return the soldier stopped Emile from getting captured by his German cohorts.

That German bro is going to die isn't--

I wonder. If that encounter didn't happen, would he be feeling the same way?

If the game's message is that war fucking sucks then I'm hearing and feeling it it loud and clear

What a trooper, the memory of his wife getting caught in a bombing, on their wedding day no less, brought him back to life

Or maybe it was just Walt, who halfway through the game I finally learn is the name of the dog. If I had to put money on any one character surviving this game it's going to be Walt

Is he really dead? I was confident someone was going to eventually die in this game but I wasn't expecting it to happen this soon

It seemed like it was only yesterday that he was all grown up and healthy, now he's on death's door

The healing minigame was kind of cute until one of them involved sawing off a soldier's arm. Damn...

So it turns out her dad was the scientist who made the flying machines and the chemical weapons, and he's the scientist Baron von Doof had kidnapped this entire time.

This got personal real fast.

I really like the mechanic where the dog doesn't arouse any suspicion from German soldiers because he's supposed to be a German medic dog

I was not expecting this game to have boss fights but here we are. Simple fights, but still.
