My Commissions are officially Emergency Commissions

So, here's the deal,

My College is closing down in the next 3 years, maybe sooner. Because of this, the school's budget is tight, and our previous dining service is no longer funding us. Meaning the food we do have is limited, and not very good. (Some of the chefs don't cook well, and the chef doesn't listen to suggestions for food when it's time to order it) I am poor, my work study job does not pay a lot of money, and I have no other income.

My only options are commissions, or donations. I require money for food, supplies for my classes, and other need/wants to keep my mental space out of the abyss. My Ko-fi page is Pkitchan, And I accept commissions through DM here on tumblr sometimes as well, if I can verify you are a real person and will actually pay me for the service. Donations are appreciated, commissions are DESPERATLEY NEEDED.

As previously mentioned, my Work Study job does not pay me enough to reliably be able to buy food and other needs. And, I don't exactly think begging my family for money is a good look. I'd like to earn it, so please consider Commissioning me or recommending me to people looking for small artists to support.

Discord has implemented the age verification requirement system per the upcoming law going into affect later this week early, so prepare yourself for other sites, which may include Tumblr given the intent is to target adult content which may affect here because of how it still does get posted here, even if the intended targets are the actual site for it.

As of writing, the official petition to have the Online Safety Act repealed is close to 30,000 signatures, but it's barely enough to garner much attention to where it may be dismissed by Parliament, or may get discussed but not getting to where it'll be repealed to actually figure a system that doesn't carry the risk of private information getting leaked.

So again, please help spread and sign the official petition here.

Artists, watch out, Scammer Alert

This blog asked me if I was open for commissions and then opened with this, when I questioned if they were a scammer they instantly blocked me. I've dealt with these scammers on tiktok. They will say things like, "I just scrolled through your page and fell in love with your art style" (but they aren't following you or haven't liked any posts of yours) or "Can you draw a portrait of my pet/child" (when your commissions don't list portraits as a service you provide) and 99% of the time the pet and or child isn't actually theirs, it's a stolen photo. And then when it comes time for payment, they will ask for a non-reliable payment method like e-check, or through cashapp. Cashapp will alert you if the account has been reported for scams, if you get an alert, DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM THEM THEY WILL HACK YOUR CASHAPP.

Be wary my lovlies, Mocha doesn't want you to be scammed out of your good hard earned money. If an offer sounds too good to be true, (Like an offer of $500) it's almost always a scammer attempt. -🍫
