I love it! Frank goth trad!
If each of the neighbors chose to wear any specific style (ex: goth, coquette, etc.) What would each one choose or whats their favorite?
Hello! We thought about this question... And went instead, I think, with what they may like a smidgen... Then we went all in! I thought Julie would definitely fit into the Y2k scene... And Frank? Maybe Trad goth...
i just wanna say I just think that theyd be very fashion forward! poppy would be gothic lolita, i think she'd like that style of clothing. Sally would be y3k, she pulls off holographic really well

Hello! I love anything you've done so far with Welcome Home so far! I have one question about Frank
Does Frank's head spin whenever he gets any strong emotion, or is it when he's just frustrated?
Hello! I would say when he gets any strong emotion! I think one's head can feel like it's spinning when overloaded with anything! I'd say, even for a grump, he's very emotional!
I drew it! (Huck gives me a big thumsb up.)

Frank Attacking Barnaby is so priceless! 😂
Will we ever be able to bring home our own howdy pillar? I'll take a pin, a plush, a silly sticker supporting my favorite capitalist worm 🐛💲🙏🥺
Oooh! Yes, let's talk about merch! (That's what this whole Q&A is here to do!) Yes! I would love to- I can't say what Ideas we have moving forward of course (I have a lot that involves the remaining four neighbors without merchandise), but the potential of such a campaign can only transpire if we are successful with this first shop run! Unfortunately, the shop will be going down on May 10th at 11:59 PM PST I believe. If we sold enough, we will be able to re-open with the four plushies (Wally, Barnaby, Julie, and Frank) as evergreen products! (Meaning they will not go away!) However, this does mean the pins are for a limited time! (Presently speaking, I will try to bring them back as well!)
There are other questions similar to yours! So I'll keep babbling about our merchandise all throughout the weekend! (Because I too yearn for the rest of the neighborhood... I have to have them taking up my whole bed.) Thank you for asking too, also! ----

Welcome Home Spring Update
Once again I am rambling about reality in Welcome Home and how it is slipping...
TLDR: I think this update gave an insight in to not only how the black goop/magic/thingy affected the neighbours but the real life cast and crew of the Welcome Home Puppet Show and how the realties merged with each other. Wally is being silence, W is unreliable- the next time we hear form either of them, it might not be them anymore.
First off let's talk about Julie, YIKES GIRL-
My beautiful princess is INSECURE. Someone in a Youtube comment section pointed out the Julie's "voice" being deeper could be a sign that her natural voice because her siblings also talk pretty low. I 100% agree. Mostly cause in the "What Makes the Flowers Bloom" when they all sing Harmony- Julie is the one out of place. I also think this is clear show of her "voice actress/puppeteer", more on that later.
I also agree that the black flower she tired to bloom was a winter flower- something that couldn't bloom because of the early spring. Welcome Home has a lot of themes of losing one self in pursuit of conformity and it speaks a lot that this flower, a flower that blooms in winter would cause Julie so much distress. Just like when she talked about not liking how Barnaby and Howdy talk to her, the mask is slipping. Everything isn't okay in the neighbourhood. But Julie likes it there, it's where she belongs or at least where she's always been. She just can't possibly go back to the cave. She wouldn't be Julie Joyful, she'd be Julie of The Joyfuls.
But back to her "microphone dropping"- I've always thought that the reality in Welcome Home works like your typical 4th wall break. The neighbours only see the 3 walls until they get distressed and the see beyond the fourth (Sally's story about visitors, Eddie at the Homewarming Party, Poppy in the House, etc). And then we have Wally is using the website and toys to communicate with us and Frank's bugs. They were aware but no aware at the same time. Wally and Barnaby talk in the commercials but they also think the "Looky-Loo" and "Storybook Record" Narrators are normal parts of their life.
But now Julie out right says she dropped her microphone. Her deeper voice isn't just in her head, that's her natural speaking voice. Combined with the fact the W is slowly becoming even more unreliable- I think the actors/handlers/puppeteers were also being affected the way the neighbours were.
Whatever goop or magic or whatever that kept them separate started to seep into each other realities. Yeah, Wally and Barn's VAs could do a live TV interview it's just taking the puppets off set to another set or maybe making ones specially designed for moving place to place. The puppets weren't just seeing the felt and thread that holds their reality together, the actors started to believe they were those characters too. Maybe that's why they're all missing and haven't been heard from in decades.
And Marlo knows. They have to know, the flower had their colors in its bud. As NightMind pointed out in his live- W stops signing the entries at the end. They get more obsessive and focus on the packagers they are receiving, even going as far as drinking an entire bottle of Joy despite it being decades old. And we haven't heard form the Question Answerer in some time now- if this is what happens to the people momentarily exposed imagine what the Cast and Crew most of been like in the 70's, in it's prime. - also note that Julie says they are not supposed to be outside, like it's a rule imposed on them rather than them just not wanting to be in the dark. Like something will happen to them ig they are out late.
And Frank, our Final Girl (poor soul) is seeing all this play out. personally I believe the "Oh No" picture isn't just him seeing Julie do something awful but it's him realising She too has been infected. Speaking of Nightmind, I like his interpretation that the Buggle "spread" the influence. Regardless of who was first out of Eddie, Poppy and Julie- I do think the Buggle hints at how this was spread- it started with one neighbour, Wally, and like pollen clung to everyone else. Even if Frank wasn't "infected" the way everyone else was he definitely knows that it is spreading and fast.
I also think the flower having the Marlo logo and Wally asking "Did all that really happen Julie?" is a way of showing that they're watching. It's important to remember that the secret videos have flower meaning. And this is me stretching super far to make a point- Julie is regarding her friends but forgets herself in her projecting onto this flower and her has starts to fall. She isn't happy all the time and thinks low of herself-she takes it to heart. Then she's silenced by Wally. In this context, his questions sounds less full of wonder and more dismissive and threatening.
And then there's Wally. Wally is noticeably missing from the website. His easel is gone, he's no longer looking at us and the YOU character profile is gone too (it has been for a while tbh). This is also the first update since the beginning that all our clues have come from Wally:
Frank was the one who sent the bugs
W asked Wally to write things in the website (like turning Sally around or flipping The Playfellow logo upside down)
W also gave us the cipher puzzle since we know Wally only communicates in crayon drawings
The Oct 18th update tape was sent by the mysterious party who is still up for debate.
The clues this time was given to us fully by Wally himself. He tells us to look for the words the flowers give. He asked us to give "this" a name, like the Joyful Blossoms. He sounds aggressive and desperate- saying things like "lend an ear", "scratch my back, I scratch yours...", "avoid trouble." I think this message is coming from the part of Wally that's still in control and wants to be free but it won't be for long. The other two people we know he's come into contact with have gone mad or are no longer trustworthy. Whatever got to the neighbours got to them and will get to us.
Unsurprisingly, I think the theory I had during Eddie's video still holds up in a general sense. All this happened in the past and we the audience are seeing it now that Frank and Wally both trying to reach us for help. Now that they're silencing Wally (and the next time we meet him it might not be all him), can't wait to see just what they have in store for us.

I Wonder If Frank Looked Horrified Because He Heard Julie’s Real Voice
A lot of people have been talking about this picture
And they have been saying that he walked in on Julie destroying the flower, and eh, maybe she did. But maybe thats not the only thing that freaked him out. Because he was really close to Julie while she was having her brake down, so he had to have heard her.
So in this moment he discovers three things in the moment above
1) His Best Friend who is always ALWAYS happy is having an epic come apart
2) His Best Friend who loves Flowers is borderline threatening one/possibly killing one
3) The voice he was hearing from his Best Friend for who knows how long, was not her real one
Honestly, if I was him, the voice thing would freak me out the most. Because her voice didn’t just sound “a little” different. She went to having a voice like a tingling bell, to having a voice like whisky. It was really nice sounding too, I hope we get to hear it again. For real, screw the drums, her instrument should be her voice (no shade against drummers)
But my point is if I was Frank, I would automatically think by Julie’s actions that something was really REALLY wrong, but the completely different voice would have me questioning EVERYTHING

What is clowns and your favorite neighbor in welcome home? I love Frank, Julie ,Eddie and Wally! Mostly I love Frank cause he is cute and I like his personality!
Clown told me his favorite is… All of Them! He said they’re all his little squishies.
In my head I thought, “hmm… I really like Eddie! But I also like Poppy too. Oh and Julie is so cute… and I can’t forget Frank…” and I did that for a while. So I think my answer is the same as Clown’s, they are all little squishies.

We all know that something is going on with Wally and Home, but who else could be active behind scenes?
Frank Frankly:
Frank has been here since the Beta, so it's likely Clown Coffin has something planned for him.
Frank is obviously designed by Clown Coffin to be incredibly at odds with the rest of the neighbourhood; with his more reserved personality, less saturated colour scheme and lack of an "-ie" sound at the end of his first name.
He is the bug expert in Welcome Home, and there are literal bugs all over the website that happen to be linked to the Wally POV videos.
As the "smartest neighbour," it seems he would be one of the first to notice something wrong with the neighbourhood.
Eddie Dear:
Has the most mysterious backstory out of the neighbours.
His memory problems seem to go beyond being "forgetful" and into "plot relevent."
The envelopes the Restoration Project recieved match the ones Eddie is seen carrying and possibly made himself.
Sally Starlet:
Like Wally, she has devil allusions as the "brightest star" who "fell from heaven."
She is an actress, making it fitting for her to become aware of being in a tv show, and she would likely be very invested in bringing it back.
She has openly conversed with the Narrator.
If any of the neighbours had to be villains, I think Sally Starlet has the potential be the coolest!
Howdy Pillar:
Howdy played a role in the Wally Plush advert.
If Capitalism played a role in the show's downfall, shopkeeper Howdy would be good character to explore how making money often comes in the way of creativity!
Julie Joyful:
She has been here since the Beta and had that ominous image centred around her.
If Frank were to figure something out, it's almost certain that Julie would be there right beside him!
Barnaby B Beagle:
Barnaby has been here since the Beta.
There is a LOT of ominous imagery surrounding Barnaby that makes me genuinely concerned for the guy.
Despite his careless act throughout the videos, he was the first to acknowledge Wally's off behaviour.
Barnaby was physically present during the live interview alongside Wally.
Poppy Partridge:
Like Julie, Barnaby, and Frank; Poppy has been here since the Beta.
Poppy is a hermit who is scared to go outside. Maybe this isn't just a cute character quirk that the creators programmed into her, but because she knows something about the neighbourhood.

My theory is that Frank or Barnaby might be the last one to be trauma. I know I've seen Barnaby head lose on the old drawing From clown but it's the old beta version I think. And Barnaby was the best friend of Wally and he always stick with him. If Barnaby find out the truth about his friend what will he react about it?Frank on the other hand have witnessed two of his Friends having a breakdown and Frank is the only one who can react fir what happened. Frank was a best friends with Julie and probably (possibly)Already married to Eddie. I'm afraid he could be next or he will react to the others breakdown too?there some hints that Frank might be different or a hero of this story. ( he's is also my favorite neighbor! )
Neither gonna Barnaby or Frank will be the last one!
