Ateez as Kenshi Yonezu/HACHI songs (to fuel my two hyperfxiations)

Author's note: these choices are purely off vibes like I didn't read into the meaning of the lyrics or anything. I also chose mostly well known songs out of convenience and plus they all bop! Enjoy my takes :)

Hongjoong - Panda Hero : I was debating over this song, Donut Hole, and Matryoshika but I think the off-key, anthem-like hype vibes of this song fits his position as leader. Plus he can have a kick at the ad libs and it has a little bit of crazy in it.

Seonghwa - 死神 (Shinigami) : the gracefulness and steady song turning a little unhinged reminds me of Seonghwa's stage presence. He also fits into the cool elegant vibe of the song. Flamingo was a good contender but I think this song definitely fit him more lol.

Yunho - さよーならまたいつか ! (Sa-yonaramataitsuka!) : I was going to put Gray and Blue(Haiirotoao) because it reminded me of Youth but I liked the laid-back and bittersweet vibes of this song and how its more reminiscent of yunho as an individual. The song reminds me of a childhood best friend giving you a hug before parting ways.

Yeosang - MAD HEAD LOVE : something about this song radiates quiet chaos and pure wonder and whimsy and it totally fits yeosang's personality. I feel like his personality a bold song rather than a soft ballad.

San - ピースサイン(Peace Sign) : was debating over this song and orion but I think this song reminds me of San's bursts of energy and enthusiasm on stage. This song would totally fit in a workout playlist too.

Mingi - KICK BACK/LOSER : Mingi would totally live off the chaotic vibes of both songs. The fast-paced lyrics and bboy beat of Loser reminds me of mingi's style and the general fast pace of KICK BACK as well as being into anime makes the song right up his alley! Mingi covering KICK BACK would be so cool.

Wooyoung - 春雷(Shunrai) : the edm in Sagittarius reminded me of this song and I think he would totally fit the cool fast-paced citypop vibes in Shunrai.

Jongho - 海の幽霊 (Spirits of the Sea) : oh the song is so dramatic, outerworldly, and melancholic and yk what they're freaking pirates so a song about the sea is perfect. It's not really a traditional ballad but I bet he would be totally killer singing this song.
