don't walk so fast

fell asleep before writing captions for this yesterday hehe. but! a new friend appears in this inktober :')

i wanted to have a-qing get a little taller but i drew her too tall the first time... i also had to block in her hair because i did a bad job drawing it, so i feel like she looks less like the same person fghghjk. it's just a-qing again i promise ú _ ù

Two small, simple drawings. In the first, a-Qing holds onto Xiao Xingchen's arm as they walk side by side, positioned at the left of the frame, faces turned towards each other as they talk. ‖ DAY 7: TRIP ⁘ songxiao inktober 2022

i wanted to do a daily drawing challenge because. good for my brain, and also to train me to post things regularly because i have gotten so out of the habit, and i have things i've drawn and just never uploaded, and i literally need to be able to post art more often than once a month gjfkdhjkh

i also miss the nice time i had doing the sx cny event a couple of years ago. so i decided to do a songxiao inktober ; v ;

however... i decided this a week into october (and then, to prove my point, drew it and failed to post until two days later...), so here is day seven... i will probably fill in the first few either along the way or at the end anyway. october can be a state of mind.

i will be using the standard ~official~ inktober prompts, possibly excepting a couple of days that might be hard to incorporate for songxiao. most will probably be little sketches like this but some of them might be fancy, who knows~

and if anyone has a particular request you'd like to see there will likely be a prompt that fits, so feel free to send them! ; w ;
