ستمُرّ بلمح البصر،

كل اللحظات التي ظننت من فرط ثقلها بأنّها لن تمُرّ، كل الأحداث التي ظننت أنها باقيّة على حالها أبد الدهر، وكل المحطّات التي ظننت أن وقوفك فيها سيطول ستُدرِك أنّها محطّة عبور نحو آفاقٍ أرحَب، وسترى أنّك ارتقيت في مدارِج الحياة وازددت حنكة وخبرة..

A very, very crucial thing for us as Muslims, is to never regret a decision you've made for the sake of Allah ﷻ.

Never regret the sacrifices you've had to make for Allah ﷻ, never think twice about things and people and dreams and wishes and a whole life you've had to leave for the sake of Allah.

The replacement of Allah is better than everything we've lost for His sake. And it's not even about the replacement. The pleasure of Allah is worth more than the whole world and everything in it, even if we never get the compensation for it in dunya.

One dip in Jannah, and we'll forget all the pains in this world. Being abe to gaze at Allah ﷻ is the greatest pleasure in all the worlds, in dunya and in aakhirah. And so we must train our hearts, minds and our nafs, to never regret any decision, no matter how small, that we made for the sake of Allah.

May Allah grant us contentment, and may He be pleased with us, ameen.

‏من دلائل السواء الإيماني، أن تجد نفسك ترضى وتميل لأوامر الله ونواهيه، ترضى بها وإن تركت بعض الأوامر، ترضى وإن فعلت بعض ما نُهيت عنه،

وهذا من إحسان الله عليك أن يجعل نفسك وقلبك تميل للحق، ومما ميز الصحابة لما أنزل ربنا عليهم " ثم لا يجدوا في أنفسهم حرجا مما قضيت ويسلموا تسليما.."

‏يلامس القلب دعاء الإمام ابن الجوزي لمّا قال:

"إلهي لا تُعذب لسانًا يُخبر عَنك، ولا عينًا تنظُر إلى علومٍ تدلّ عَليك، ولا قدمًا تمشِي في خِدمتك، وَلا يدًا تكتُب حديثَ رسُولك ﷺ، فبعزّتك لاَ تُدخلني النَّار فقدْ عَلِم أهلهَا أنّي كُنت أذّب عَن دينِك"

‏انتكاسةُ الظاهرِ يسبقها انتكاسةٌ في الباطن، تمكثُ زمناً تخفيها غفلة القلب والتعلق بملذات الدنيا وشهواتها، تبدأ بتثاقل الأوراد والصلوات وقراءة القرآن"

Wahb ibn Munnabih (d.114H) said:

من جعل شهوته تحت قدمه؛ فزع الشيطان من ظله

"He who tramples his base desires under his feet; (even) shaytān becomes afraid of this person's shadow."
