On the edge of 44: alive, healthy, blessed with the love of my family... This is me, no makeup, no filters, no artifice, no surgeries, no botox, no fillers, just me, very happy to see that my mom's genes are finally kicking in. Don't misunderstand me, my dad's a total hottie at whatever age he is... not gonna say his true age, lest he kill me, but his looks are dude's looks and when I look too much like him I feel I look more like a dude than I do a woman. Now that my mom's genes are kicking in, I look like a woman, not a woman's woman like she is, all glamour, all perfection, modelesque, a statue come to life to take our breath away, but comfortable in my own skin, with a playful, joyous glint in my eyes, finding myself, growing up with all it implies. Concuerdo. . . Muchas personas pretenden anular el valor de las experiencias ajenas simplemente porque las consideran 'negativas'. . Desde el 'ya pasó, no pienses más en eso' hasta el 'enfócate en lo positivo', hay toda una gama de frases hechas que se dicen sin pensar, y que muchísimas veces son una falta de respeto y de empatía a la experiencia ajena. . . Cuando alguien se acerca a dar clases no solicitadas de gestión de las emociones ajenas, en realidad muestra más del manejo de sí mismo. . . El equilibrio no reside en anular el dolor. Tampoco reside en criticar o juzgar desde un súper ángulo, y dictar cátedra sobre la sanidad ajena. Reside en el profundo respeto del cúmulo de experiencias que te han llevado al sitio donde estas a nivel emocional. . . . Ser positivo no incluye un salvoconducto para juzgar a quien no está en tu misma página. Se vale llorar. Se vale ser vulnerable. Se vale respetar. . . ¿Ser o no ser tóxico?
