I love Dustyn, no doubt about it, but this whole single parent thing is definitely taking it's toll on me.

Aw. That's actually really cute. Looks like you won't have to live with Dustyn and I after all.

Sure, knock yourself out. You gotta tell me what's wrong first though.

Honestly? Not at all. I know you better than that.
Would you believe me if I said yes?

Everything okay, Dyl?
Sometimes I put off what I think is right because I’m so scared of rejection.

Oh god, have fun with that. Little kids can never have enough toys.
I can see myself buying everything in the store. She’s going to be so spoiled.

Try Toys R Us, that should help you out.
I’ve come to the realization that I don’t know what kind of presents an one year old girl would want.

She creeps me out. I'd offer to make you food, but I can't remember the last time you did something nice for me.
I have Progressive right now, just because Flo is hot as fuck, though. I am, but no one’s around to make me food anymore.

Okay first of all; Do you even have state farm? And second of all; You're always hungry anyways.
I’m pretty sure those State Farm commercials are full of it because I just sang the little jingle and shouted “with a cheeseburger!” and yet here I am, still starving.

I think I might do the same.
Think I’m going to go Christmas shopping when the stores open.

I do that a lot too, so don't worry. My son looks at me like I'm insane.
I feel so creepy for liking to sit and watch Landen while he does just about anything. Time’s going by too quickly, I can’t believe he’s a month already.

And if you do lash out on them, that's perfectly fine. Do whatever you have to do to protect your baby girl. They deserve it anyways. Don't feel guilty, it's not your fault. It's not like you asked to be followed around constantly by paparazzi. No one does. It just happens. Right. Really? Oh my god. I'm glad you stepped up though. Most guys wouldn't do that, but it's good that you did. Every kid should at least feel wanted and love, even if it's by one parent. Better than nothing. If anything I bet you can love her ten times that. I actually find it really sad that some parents think having a kid is a mistake. Like, maybe it wasn't the right time or whatever but everything happens for a reason. My son was an unexpected surprise, but now I can't imagine life without him.
I won’t let anyone harm her, I couldn’t. I’m just afraid now I might lash out at them to keep her safe. She’s so tiny and helpless, I can’t help but feel a little guilty about bringing her into this life. But we do the best we can and hope for the best right? Her mom? Well, she was a girl I knew way back when and I was… lets say needing to get my mind off of something and something happened and she called me to tell me she was pregnant and she was aborting the baby. I naturally freaked and took forever but convinced her to have the baby and when he was born she signed away her rights and contract with my lawyer. She didn’t want anything to do with her, as she said, “Kid was a mistake she didn’t wanna raise.” Even if I’m only 21 I couldn’t do that to my baby.

Just a bunch of lowlifes desperate for a job, really. Don't worry, I totally get it. It's a natural instinct that kicks in when you finally become a parent. Having a kid definitely changes your point of view on things. Suddenly, it's just not you anymore. There's a kid involved too. So you try your best on making sure no one or nothing harms them. Where's her mom? If you don't mind me asking, of course.
No paparazzi respects that. I just wanna keep her out of the public eye a little longer. Even though she was full term she just barely made five pounds, she was very tiny and she still is, so I guess maybe I’m being over protective since she’s my baby girl but I feel like being a single father in this world I have to be a little more protective.

I kind of wish things were simpler, but what can we do right? Oh yeah, that's gotta be tough. You'll show her to the public, when you're ready, they should at least respect that.
It is a dangerous environment and the fact that I kept her a secret two months after she was born and nine months before. Just makes them more curious.
