Mental Health : Today I needed to doing some journaling for myself. Sometimes I think we feel like we need people's opinion to feel better about ourselves. As moms we have to remember that we must take care of ourselves as well. We tend to put everyone ahead of our own health and well being! Walmart Grocery Pickup has been awesome for this mom! Since all 3 kids are in school now that means I'm having to pack 3 lunches a day! I love the fact that I can preorder my grocery for my kids lunches way in advance. This past Friday I order because I knew we were getting low on bread and applesauce. Didn't really need those foods for the weekend so I made my order for Monday morning at 8am! The best part I didn't have to take 3 kids in the store with me. The past two weeks have been beyond stressful to the point I was getting ready to throw in the towel. But being a mom that's just not possible. . . . . . So this after the kids went to school this morning I decided to take a step back and just take a moment for me. . . . . . As moms we need a moment to get focus on our mental health. Put down the laundry basket, let the dishes soak in the dishwater and unplug the vacuum and take a moment to just focus on yourself. . . . . . One of my biggest goals this year with having all three kids in school is having school lunches packed at night! Last year I would either pack lunch at night or rush in the morning. I was adding stress in my life that I didnt need! So to make life easier for me I now pack lunches as soon as we get home. While I'm making a my kids an afternoon snack I'm also packing lunches.
