Hate her all you want, but remember its called SURVIVING AS A MAID for reasons my guy. She should not be inclined to "saving the Queen". It is not her responsibilty. She can choose any man she want because she can even though you all ( including myself) don't like the man (Klein Carpella). It is her option and her decision. Look Klein probably are not the best ML but there are HUNDREDS more horrible ML out there that make him look like a bunny in comparison. Shes gon through some tough shit so let her have peace with her harem in her original world. She is not a good person. Shes morally good. In the novel it is stated many times that she is a human with basic flaw and nuance, NOT A CHEERLEADER WITH NO PERSONALITY. Morally good does not equal good person.

This woman got to be the most overhype, overrated,glazed character ever. This girls stan would find many excuse under the sun to shit on MC and they also do not have reading comphrehension. The Queen would despise the MC hater. Her writing wasnt even that good . Ellie solos her in terms of writing.

The fact that many choose to hate on a powerless girl rather than the main instigator is really fucked up in my opinion. People really expecting that Yujin ( a litteral commoner) to pick a fight against Yurigel ( concubine whos position was more higher than the Queen even though it should not be like that and did i mention that he is an ANCIENT GREAT MAGICIAN). Like if you get reincarnated as Ash you would not survive with such a reckless behaviour.

You know i just analyzed this two character and im going to say this.... This two character is eerily similar to each other..... hope i dont get hate for stating my thoughts. Many men in the story fall in love them. They have a husband / lover that would do anything for them (Evans/Heinrey) even commit heinious and atroucios crime for them. The narrater would always stated that they are perfect non stop. Everything always goes their way. Many characters are suffering so that they could reach their goal. The very definition of mary sue/gary stue. Blonde lol. A character with little to no power was they supposed 'rivals' albeit one side rival because they would always win againts them (Rashta/The Queen). Though what make Yurigel sooo much well written than Navier is that the author is self aware that giving certain traits to Yurigel is what make him a terrifying villain as for Navier...... its bad writing...

I find it hilarious that many people want the Queen to become the mc knowing damn well that the Queen would do absolutely nothing until the end of the story like girly just want to die and dissapear. The story would be boring and one dimensional. And of course people would hate a girl who is just trying to survive and blame it all on her (Yujin). Seriously Yujin got trashed in Reddit and Tik Tok. If the queen had to make a decision, she would probably choose to be left alone .

You know, we can not force someone to love something they don't want or they incapable of. Like the queen,she low key don give a fuck about the prince until the very end. I mean i dont blame her since the prince wasnt really her child despite him came out of her womb. And Ash/Yujin despite raising the kid for a year, she doesnt love the prince at all. Which is while its pretty realistic that she doesnt hold a love for that child that she was forced to take care, its still depressing to me. I read every moment of her taking care of the prince and they both have my heart. When she return to south korea, she just move on and living her best life, no longer caring for the prince. While it is good for her since she came back after all this time like she always has wanted. But ohhhhh my heart.... it ached soooo hard..... i want her to meet with the prince someday although its probably impossible. I want to see the scene when they hug each other........ Bye im going cry in the corner. But a good thing is MC prevent the prince from getting groomed to be second yurigel by his father. Wait thats actually...... terrifying fate..... fuuhh well at least its not depressing anymore..... right? right?

I hate Yurigel but i can't deny his beauty. Yeah bato comment section can hate all they want but even MC at times found this guy cute despite hating him. Like I want to punch this dude but at the same time i want pinch his cheek soo hard like...... hes adorable ok. Terrible and adorable.

Its ok to not like Surviving As A Maid since many people have different taste. However what i don't like is mischaracterasation of Ash Tolkayn/Yujin and Yurigel. Like Ash did not seduce those boys to fall in love with her. They love her to their own accord. And Yurigel can charm people and make them obsess with him but he does not seduce any of them. Despite having 2 Powerful Beings obsess over him, he never gave them his heart because it belongs to one and only King Evans. I hate Yurigel but i gotta admire his dedication and loyalty to his man, he even cause a massacre of his family for his love. That's why i digress when people said that Surviving As A Maid villainise gay people cause people can still be gay and evil at the same time. Sexuality doesn't define your personality and action as a person. That's why i really like Surviving As A Maid, the main antagonists love for each other never fade even when The Mc transmigrate and they still continue to be with each other even when they were hated by the society. And that's what makes Yurigel a unique villain since its rare to have gay villain that wasn't being villainise by the author in otome isekai.
