momofuku and danny bowien’s mission restaurants are collaborating for the launch of fuku fingers, the first white meat offering from fuku. starting today, mission cantina and fuku+ will each serve their take on fuku fingers for a limited time only:

fuku finger crunchy wrap ($13, $1 from each dish is donated to edible schoolyard nyc) fuku fingers, shredded pepper jack cheese, russ & daughters salmon skin chicharron, smoked habanero honey, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño pickles and buttermilk dressing all built around a crunchy corn tostada, wrapped in flour tortilla and quickly griddled.

the fuku finger crunchy wrap is available exclusively at mission cantina in the lower east side.

mission chinese fuku fingers ($16, $1 from each dish is donated to edible schoolyard nyc)

fuku fingers are tossed with mission chinese food’s chongqing spice blend, chili oil and sliced scallions, then topped with fried chilies.

mission chinese fuku fingers are available exclusively at fuku+ in midtown.

both dishes will be available for lunch and dinner service. one dollar from the sale of each dish will be donated to edible schoolyard nyc.

fuku+, our version of fuku in midtown, opens at noon today. fuku+ serves the spicy fried chicken sandwich in fuku+ package reservations as well as an expanded walk-in menu.  

fuku+ only accepts reservations for fuku+ packages. parties of 2-6 guests may book a fuku XL per person package that features the spicy fried chicken sandwich. fuku+ also offers the fuku XXL large format package (parties of 4-8), which includes expanded food offerings. the fuku XL and fuku XXL are available by reservation only, one week in advance through our website.

the bar will be held for walk-ins on a first come, first served basis. with the space at fuku+, we are able to debut and test new offerings though the walk-in menu as well as new styles of service. the menu will also feature milk bar’s seasonal confetti cookie™. 

fuku+ is located on the first floor of 15 w. 56th street (formerly the má péche balcony bar) and is open from 12pm - 4pm and 5pm - 11pm daily. 

reservations for fuku+ packages are now live at momofuku.com. we are unable to accommodate to go orders at this time.

we are collaborating with the nomad from august 11th – september 30th, to support the madison square boys & girls club. daniel humm and david chang have created a dish that will be served during dinner at both the nomad bar and momofuku ssäm bar, featuring ssäm sauce by momofuku. each time a guest orders the tomato and prawn toast with ssäm sauce, $2.00 will be donated to the madison square boys & girls club, an organization that works closely with new york city youth, who by reason of economic and/or social factors need additional academic and personal support to help them thrive and succeed. ssäm sauce is also available for purchase online at store.momofuku.com.
