"its taking so long" i havent even had my period twice since the 1.5 update, yet some ppl r acting like its been 83 yrs. is patience a word in their vocabulary or do they just think infinikki is made by independent fairies who also dont need to eat or sleep

"they want our money, they posted new banners right after the announcepology" literally it is on schedule for those banners to b running, meaning they utilised every minute they could before then to analyse solutions until they had to make a statement, cause the scheduled post were going to happen

"this isnt enough" its not, but can u imagine the process all of these decisions have to go through to b approved? how every solution needs programming and compensation? theres literally paid bundles for the dye system currency. how r they going to compensate players who already bought those if they change the dye system? and if they have ideas, will higher ups approve them?

"they didnt address all this stuff" its in the statement that they have other issues they r aware of that they r going to b fixing in due time. it even says they cant talk abt it yet, probably cuz the exact decisions havent been made yet or the optimal solutions havent been figured out.

"they said that the retcon was accident, what a lie!" they did not say that, they said they didnt know how to implement this new stuff to integrate it into the story and in their rush to publish the new update, this is the decision they arrived on. they said theyll think of a way to fix this. its not easy, cuz how do u make new players who had the sea of stars tutorial experience the beginning of the game w/o messing up their accounts with non-linear quests. programming is hard and takes time. let those poor employees sleep, theyre not the ceos and investors u r actually mad at.

i know the 1.5 update is a fucking disaster, but with that in mind, of course its gonna take time and delicate work to tackle. you want them to respond and say what? "we hear you and were working on it"? if they have to make that statement every week without being able to disclose what theyre even working on (cuz they themselves arent sure what exactly will be implemented or how, due to needing a green light from higher ups) ppl will just throw a "youre lying!" fit instead. its a lose-lose situation.

u should definitely apply pressure, u should definitely express what it is exactly u want fixed, but complaining that difficult things take time is just not okay. istg ppl have completely lost their ability to patiently wait at this point.

The issue is, fundementally, the education system. Because Nazis did stuff that makes people uncomfortable, and parents will beat your ass if you even look at their kid a little funny. It's so difficult for teachers to actually go into why Nazis are bad, especially now.

It's always "Nazis are bad because the United States was against them," or something along those lines that usually a little less obvious/straightforward. Now that parts of the US are--for some fucking reason--no longer against Nazis, they are now seen as less bad. That was the one criteria.

It's never "Nazis are bad because they are rasist." "Nazis are bad because they are ableist." "Nazis are bad because they are homophobic."

I genuinely didn't know that it wasn't just non-whites that were targeted until ninth grade. Reread that shit.

I did not know about the blatant homophobia, transphobia, and ableism that occured in Nazi Germany. I hadn't even considered it a possibility.

Because no teacher brought it up until my ninth grade year. And I highly doubt that my teacher's little lesson on it with all those (highly uncomfortable, but incredibly necessary) videos was covered much in the outlined ninth grade curriculum.

ill start with mariana, sorry no pictures its 2am but it doesnt take that long to find my designs lol- i gave her wings above her ears, those have been there since before purgatory. she's an angel, and can hide her main wings (like magically make them disappear or reappar) but those ones aren't able to be hidden. she also looks more like a dove hybrid or some sort of bird and shares features w ppl like phil and jaiden so she could probably get away with blending in, ppl wouldn't rlly ask id Assume. post purgatory she has them out more but her cape gets in the way So. not much just for Practicality, lol. Otherwise shes really just Canon Mariana skin? The hearts on her cape i took from acetheabnormal bc its genuinely genius so no big reasoning there i just love that as a design element. the freckles r mostly bc i want her to give off a sun-kissed kinda ethereal vibe. she can hide her halo the same way she hides her wings but again post purgatory she doesnt bother anymore.

charlie is also pretty simple. unlike my c!slime he isnt fully slime, just partially. the parts in his skin that r slime have that little light bone-esqur thing on the arms and legs bc theres more than one layer so its actually like. Sturdy. Those parts can regrow and such. He bleeds normal from everywhere else and takes injuries the same way. the code hardens up that slime tho and the code Can bleed and be hurt so it fucks him over later. The bits in his hair r just bc it looks cool and also he probably has goop in his hair lets be honest. Ummm the scars are from the many explosions hes been in I.e guapoduo wedding And the elquackity explosion of the election afterparty thing. hes a shapeshifter Bc hes slime so thats why he has Tatas sometimes and othertimes Doesnt, namely purgatory bc hes shirtless as much as id love to #freethenipple. i give him green top surgery scars anyways bc its mostly to show hes Not Cis even tho logically it doesnt make sense. But ig you could say theyre from him reshaping the slime or whatever man.

hes a demon bc of that one-off comment he made about being sent BACK to one of the rings of hell. I think thats where the fandom got it and i was just kinda like Cool and then i got to that part and went OHHHHH and now i REALLY like it especially bc my mariana is an angel in disguise and he is Very Clearly a devil-slime-thing. He has a cool shirt jacket thing over his regular shirt Because it makes him look less naked design wise and the sash is there because it feels wrong without it. After codeflippa tho it disappears bc if u noticed in my codeflippa design she actually has the sash's little jewel thing on her camouflage Uhh whatever its called. For now ill call it cape but i know theres an actual word for it ill remember later and feel dumb. Anyways theres no practical reason for that i just thought it was cute. he has freckles ONLY on his nose and a bunch of em bc i saw another artist do that and he looked so cute i went I gotta do that. The rest are just kinda little ones spread around his body like Dots yknow.

i cant really think of anything that makes my designs particularly special alot of shit is just there for Character Design Looking Good purposes but if you have any questions about anything specific i can tell you how it came into my fucked up mind
