What do you dream about at night?
"Well, last night, I dreamt about my teeth falling out, and then I had to google it to see what it meant and basically it said that life changes are gonna start happening so let's hope nobody dies."

đđđ«đ§ : are there any details from your muse's childhood that sticks with them - good or bad?
"Well, my Bratz doll collection was pretty amazing if I do say so myself, all my friends were jealous 'cause I had over 100 of them. I needed one from every collection and because I'm my dad's favorite, I got it."

âItâs real.â She replied, glancing over to the other with a mischievous glimmer in her eyes. Clearly impressed she got the tea, even though she had no idea who these people were. âApparently, one of the girls at the spa âaccidentallyâ locked a Pilates instructor in the sauna for like forty five minutes and then pretended she was the victim. Then it went to the townâs Facebook group.â @mackonestevie
"Wait, is that real?" Getting closer to the screen, Stevie squints to read the headline and pulls the phone over towards them for a better look. "I hope these aren't your screenshot receipts, because these look nasty."

âYou gave her your number, donât act like youâre innocently caught in the crossfire of horny literature.â Monique narrows her eyes at him playfully, a bright grin spreading across her face as he snatches phone back from him. âYou know sheâs gonna end up pegging you or something wild, right?â @trcvis
"Okay!" Travis shouted, as he snatched his phone back from her grasp. He didn't need Monique to see more of the embarrassing text thread between him and one of the customers from the store. "Enough of that. But wild right... like she literally came in asking for the Kama Sutra, asked for my number, and now she's sending these... very explicit texts about what she wants to do to me." He also didn't need her seeing his very well accepted responses to it. "Book girlies are freaky."

âShut your broke ass up, according to Google.â Monique had no idea what it meant either but then she frowned. âShould I be offended they think that Iâm broke?â @sebitorres
Sebi's brows skew, peering over the phone "I can't understand half of these Gen Z acronyms. What is 'SYBAU'?"

"Am I reading this right? I can't be reading this right." Monique stared at the phone with her mouth open ajar and her eyebrows pulled together. "I need a drink after that."

It was out of Monique's scope, that's for sure. Well, the PTA bit at least. She was never one to turn down a gossip session though even if she didn't know who the people were gossiping about. "Ooh," she tilted her head to the side to think of a good guess. "Was it the menu? Not enough gluten free options....or too many gluten free options?" She mumbled, taking a sip of her coffee. "Come on don't leave me hanging." @novaxkasem
WHO: Anyone! @aurorabaystarter WHERE: Tea Room, Café, or Coffee Shop
Never in a million years did Nova think she would be on a PTA board. One of the moms caught wind of her successes and said Nova's perspective would be a great addition. She could write a whole novel in just what she witnessed in various meetings and events. "I'll give you $100 if you can guess what detail regarding the end-of-the-school-year barbecue turned into a full-blown tea session." The meeting was only supposed to last two hours and turned into three with the last forty minutes of pure bickering.

"Right, the children, and the general public." Monique realized it probably wouldn't be cool to advertise the aquarium in a horror movie type of way but it would reel the shark movie lovers in. "Sounds like you lucked out anyway, I'd rather be out the back than deal with all the people, kids or not. You can tell I'll put my foot in it in ninety percent of my conversations." She joked, folding her arms across her chest.
Monique attention drew to her completely. "I'm a choreographer, usually online classes or if I'm working on a tour I'll head to LA for a couple of weeks, months." Nothing had ever been permanent or her. "I say I've only just moved here but it's been a while now." @amarathegreat
She laughs, nodding. "We could. But we usually don't like to focus on that part. For some of the fish or other animals, we do have the scheduled feedings for the public, but..." Amara's nose crinkles up a little as she scrunches her face, "Nothing bloody or stressful. Mostly just for the education side of things... They're going to have to watch 'Shark Week' or something if they want the gruesome stuff." She's thoughtful with the last part, considering. "That's fair. Stand up to the bullies or avoid them sort of thing, maybe." Amara catches herself nodding in agreement and stops herself, smile surfacing. She's not so sure on either part, really, but avoids the 'what about the cesarean-born kids?' argument that immediately floats into her mind. Instead, she moves on, nodding again with widening eyes. "Oh yeah I don't have to do those, thankfully. I get to work in the back most of the time. What do you do, anyway?" @moniquexsilva

Monique gives her a short glare, as if to say she doesnât quite believe her. Truth be told she didnât really care either as long as Juno left her alone. Maybe sheâd enjoy stirring her up every now and then though. âOkay but like, the logic is, coming to a smaller town you got more chance of them just âbeingâ while youâre just âbeing,â right?â She queried, folding her arms across her chest. @justxjuno
â people love to throw around that word when they have actually no idea what I do for a living itâs cute â Juno replied glancing back at her as soon as she heard the work stalker. â you must have missed that first part where I said I had to move somewhere else. And I had to pick a place that didnât ruin my career. I donât follow anyone I got places for my own enjoyment and if theyâre there itâs a story. Iâm not chasing around people physically because I respect their privacy, but in a public place? where I am also being? Not the same thingâ she replied shaking her head. â and believe me I know what itâs like to have people following me around for real â @moniquexsilva

Monique was doing her very best to not let it go straight over her head, but she managed to snort at the wide eyed âaccidents happenâ part. âI get that. Yknow you guys could rename the aquarium lazy but lethal.â The blonde suggests playfully, the grin staying on her face this time. âI guess itâs like human life, you learn who to mess with and who not to mess with.â
She quickly clockâs the reaction to the crotch goblin comment too. It makes her laugh again. âSorry. I probably shouldnât be saying that around kids and parents.â And maybe the other blonde standing before her, she realises. âItâs a terrible term but you gotta be real it freaking accurate.â Monique quickly defended her words. âPeople who have kids are brave.â She agreed, nodding her head. âOh yeah and youâd get heaps of class trips through here too. Iâd clearly stay well away as well.â
"Mostly it's a temperament thing?" she says. "Like, if there's a particularly aggressive fish, they're mindful that it's in a space where the fish around it can hold their own if it gets too confrontational. But yeah since they don't really have to hunt to eat, they're mostly all pretty chill. Mostly. Accidents... definitely happen." She admits the last part with a widening of her eyes. "But yeah a lot of the reef sharks are pretty lazy in the wild, too. They hunt to eat and otherwise just kind of like to preserve their energy." Her eyes give her away when Monique says 'crotch goblins,' her expression maybe one of shock for half a second before she regains her composure. "I, uh, I think it depends on the age. The little ones I am learning to simplify things more. The bigger kids seem like they're ok being talked to like an adult, but sometimes I just... raise the inflection on my voice a little when talking with them? Not even on purpose. They just seem to respond better. I'm not really around them in my life, either. I... I think people that want kids are, uh... brave?" Crazy, maybe. "I don't think I could be one of the people that does the school tours, though... I'd go mad." @moniquexsilva

"Jesus," Monique mumbled, her eyebrows pulled together as she stares at the puddle on the ground. This wasn't her forte, she didn't know how to fix this. However, it would be something she would do. She placed her laundry basket full of clothes down on a nearby bench, taking a couple of steps towards the puddle but she's careful to not get her shoes wet. "Would, like, turning it off at the wall help....or something?" she suggested, unsure, but the floor was only getting wetter and she was calmer than she probably should have been. She then eyes him up and down. "You look guilty." @benj-hyun
OPEN STARTER at suds laundromat @aurorabaystarter
If karma wasn't satisfied in killing his home washer and drier for all of his shenanigans she definitely decided tonight was the night to drive the point home. In the way the washing machine his clothes are now stuck in, and in the way it's started leaking as of...
However many minutes ago.
Benj stepped out to get take-out in that forty-five minute window just to find his clothes are not washed, he cannot access them, and he just might be responsible for growing puddle.
"Look, it wasn't me, but don't slip," he quickly blurts before the nearest person walks through it. "I don't know how to stop it, but it was like that when I got back."

âNot my first prom, no.â Monique starts off, reminiscing on all her nights out in Hollywood. Some werenât as extravagant as this, some were more extra. It felt like a lifetime ago now, when in reality it really wasnât that long of time that had passed.
âI used to live in LA, so these kind of thingsâŠwell, I guess itâs not the exact same as a prom, but you know.â The blonde shrugs her shoulders, letting out a laugh. âThereâs probably more drugs at Hollywood parties. But my prom, I was prom queen, so I really couldnât complain.â She then turns to her. âIs it your first prom?â @msevangeline-evans
who: open to everyone @aurorabaystarter where: ab prom ;; late into the night
evangeline wasn't sure what had gotten into her tonight: maybe it was the one too many glasses of champagne on a stomach that had forgone lunch to lesson plan, maybe she thought the alcohol would be a good social lubricant. or maybe, just maybe, she was starting to feel somewhat safe to come out of her shell.
whatever it was, the woman was a little more far gone than she had planned on, so she had taken a little walk in the darkened hallways to regain herself. when a figure joined her as she took a rest at a row of lockers, springs of brown curls bounced as she moved her attention towards them. "did you go to your first prom? or is this your first prom?"

âIâd be too scared Iâd break a nailâŠor a bone,â Monique was laughing but she was dead serious. She worked out now, mainly Pilates, but back then she didnât bother. Thereâs never been any sporty bones in her body. Monique was too busy staring at herself in the mirror or chasing her crushes around the school grounds. That was as much running as she did. âAcademic probation for what? You cheat on a test or something?â @jamesonxcassidy
Status: Open Location: Outside the gym @aurorabaystarter
When Jameson had been in high school, he was essentially banned from attending prom. The last year of school he had tried to better himself. Doing the work that would help him academically and socially but in the end they still just saw a Cassidy which always spelled trouble; Someone to be made an example of. It was why he was somehow still shocked that he wasnât being immediately thrown out of the dance this time around. Heâd arguably been through worse, but it wasnât high school anymore. Hopefully people changed. Still, he was sitting out in the hallway after a couple drinks and looking at some of the photos and trophies that adorned the cases. â you ever try out for any sports? â he asked glancing over. â I was really good at track but I got put on academic probation so joining a team would have never happened. Honestly Iâm shocked the school didnât put me on a do not enter list out of tradition â

âGod everyone really is at that prom, huh?â Monique had left early, so she was certainly overdressed for any of the bars in Aurora Bay. But, it was nice to be out in the fresh air during the walk from the gymnasium to the bar, and just away from the entire town anyway. She was slightly fueled by alcohol anyway. âYou didnât wanna be prom king tonight?â @pcrdita
Starter: Open !! @aurorabaystarter Where: Any bar of choice, for those not attending Prom or left early
Jude didn't have any incentive to go the events nowadays since he was single again, she was the only reason he ever went. Either to get her attention or just to spend time her. This time round, Jude finds himself at a random bar, much quieter than usual. He liked it this way, usually avoiding the popular places that left him unable to hear himself think. It took almost half an hour for that silence to briefly be broken by the movements of another bar stool skidding against the floor, and a voice asking if the seat next to him was taken. Jude nods, with a latent motion of his hand, "Uh, yeah. S'open."

âSee! I knew you had hot gossip.â Monique responded quickly, not wanting to be too excited about it incase the brunetteâs conversation with her ex wife had gone totally south. âNot that your divorce is hot gossip,â she clarified quickly. âHow did it go?â
"Hot gossip?" She echoed, clearly amused. "Who do you think I am?" She didn't think of herself as a gossip, especially not about others. But, Monique was one of the few friends she'd made since moving to town, and so Gabby figured she may as well share what was going on with her. "I spoke to Maia." Her voice was a little quieter when she spoke this time, chewing the inside of her cheek. Monique knew about Gabby and her ex, the heartbreak it had been. So sitting down with the other woman had been a big deal. @moniquexsilva

âWho knew people in Aurora Bay had met ball money, too?â Half of these dresses had to be handmade, Monâs was and it was not cheap, not that she had that kind of money. âThatâs a silly statement of me, really.â She chuckled as she takes another sip of her champagne, eyes on the various outfits.
âI kind of think, some people didnât really stuck to the theme,â she admitted, pulling a face. âBut, I do love all the like, mermaid iridescent ones. What about you?â @aylinxc-s
who: anyone! ( @aurorabaystarter ) where: aurora bay high school, prom
"These dresses are outstanding," Aylin comments as she grabs yet another drink off a nearby tray. "Don't you think? I could see some of these at the Met Ball, I swear."
"Which one is your favorite?"

âDo you think thatâs gonna make people angrier?â It would in Moniqueâs eyes. Surely the celebrities dwindled down to Aurora bay to escape people like Juno. Yet here she was, following them around still. âLike, seems a bit stalkerish if you ask me. Theyâre trying to get away from youâŠyouâre following themâŠâ @justxjuno
â I think Los Angeles has some very loud and annoying voices that make it have very little substance. Iâm tired of influencer behavior on a city that has such history. The best work is out there but itâs not worth it if I canât even grab lunch somewhere I used to like cause a Kardashian did it last month. â I ended up here cause I made a lot of people mad but it turned out a lot of people here have some major credibility. I canât sneeze without seeing someone on the street Iâve written about. LAs population is so big that competitively I can see someone famous here a lot faster than there â @moniquexsilva
