3. Judging or belittling an idol just because of their appearance

4. Attacking other fandoms for no reason

5. The absurd hate idols get just because they’re dating someone — like??? they’re not dating YOU

6. Thinking idols are saints who can never make mistakes

7. Defending idols like they’re little kids when they’re actually grown adults

8. Acting like you own an idol or a group

9. Defending an idol even when they’re CLEARLY wrong just because they’re famous or attractive

10. Getting mad just because the idol interacts with someone of the opposite sex

11. When one idol clearly gets WAY more attention than the rest of the group

💬: Is that why you also keep a diary?

🐶: I've been keeping a practice log since 2017. Back then, I would type out what I learned that day and what I needed to learn the next day, but now it's become a habit. Lately, I write down my emotions in the diary. Even if they're insignificant things, when I read them later, the memories of that time come back vividly and are useful to me. I could use the notes app on my phone, but I insist on using pen and paper. Because the time I write in the diary, even if it's just 5 minutes each night sitting at my desk, is an opportunity to look inside myself. Even if I'm very tired, even if I only write two lines, I always write something before bed, even if it's something like, "I don't want to write today. I'm going to sleep."

💬: Could you share a sentence from what you wrote in your diary yesterday? (laughs)

🐶: "Since tomorrow is a very important day, I put on a face mask, and even though I'm incredibly sleepy now, I'm here with a pen in my hand," it begins. I write literally anything, right? (laughs)

💬: I think the music a person listens to lately can say a lot about them. That's why I'm curious about Seungmin's recent playlist.

🐶: When I get obsessed with a song, I listen to it until I get tired of it... or rather, until I run out of emotions it evokes. That's why my playlist is always short and sweet. Lately, I've been listening to Ariana Grande's song "Twilight Zone" for over a week. I'm not usually the imagining type. On my MBTI, I'm not an intuitive type (N), but rather a sensing type (S). Still, there's something about this song that I can imagine, and I find that fascinating.

💬:Are you the type who seeks stability? According to the other Stray Kids members, Seungmin is the type who, when he gets obsessed with something, goes all the way.

🐶: I'm not good at handling uncertainty. Stability is the best. (laughs) Whether it's baseball or singing, if I get hooked on something, I rarely get bored and stick with it for a long time. I'm like that with personal relationships too. If I connect with someone, I want to maintain that relationship until the end. My best friends now are also from my elementary, middle, and high school days. Without loyalty, I'm nothing. (laughs) Once someone is by my side, I'll never betray them.

💬: They say everyone still wears t-shirts of the bands they liked as teenagers. In other words, it seems like you live your whole life surrounded by the music you enjoyed in your teens and twenties. Looking back, what do you think would be your theme song (the song that represents your life)?

🐶: I think it would be the song I wrote, '그렇게, 천천히, 우리 (As we are)'. I think it best represents my twenties. Even though I would like to choose another song, this one has a very special meaning for me. Writing the lyrics was especially difficult. It was hard to bring out that side of me that wanted to be acknowledged, but at the same time refused to acknowledge it. That's precisely why it's a song that truly represents me. The reason the music video for this song doesn't have a 16:9 aspect ratio (as is common) but a 4:3 aspect ratio is because it's based on a true story from my childhood.

💬: The opening line of this song, "In my attempt to do it right, I ran looking only forward and fell, in the end I ended up staying behind, why only me?" must have represented for you that moment when you wanted to be recognized but didn't want to admit it, right?

🐶: We all have those things, don't we? Words that are difficult to say, emotions kept in the heart, stories only we know. At that moment, I sincerely put my thoughts and feelings into the lyrics. Someone might see it as just a story of personal growth and let it go, but this time I wanted to summon my courage. I wanted to say that I've had those thoughts too, and that you have them too, to offer comfort.

💬: Are you the type who thinks music is everyday life and everyday life is music? Or do you think there's a "real life" offstage? From what's been discussed today, I suspect the vocalist named Seungmin belongs to the former type.

🐶: I want to sincerely express onstage the feelings I relate to music offstage. Even if it's not directly about music, I think living an everyday life that I love also amplifies my feelings toward music in a richer way. I don't want to live a life that's too different from the music I make. The Seungmin singer will be the same as the Seungmin person.

Seungmin is my favorite singer but not just in a "i love his voice" kind of way but in a way that heals me so deeply like finally breaking an ancient curse that kept me trapped for thousands of years but i can't say that without sounding crazy so i just say he's my favorite singer :)
