His lips stuck out in a soft pout for a moment, quiet to himself, "...I'm fine," he muttered, which was an absolute lie. It was his one moment where he really was upset with himself in silence. Could he keep his mouth shut? Not really. His emotions did get to him sometimes where he wanted to talk his feelings out.

"...what do you do when your mom doesn't wanna talk to you after a day?" He asked. "I, uh... I did something to upset her. Not sure what to do about it..."

The sarcasm and bitter tone wasn't intentional, but what else could she say? That seemed to be the only label she had in the sophisticated world of royalty, and she hated it. She had no name in this world, not even in Hell! And she was the royal heir to the Goetia family? What a joke.

"If you're asking, it better not be for something weird," she spoke. "I've already heard enough from the weirdos down here."

Naturally, he would expect Niffty to be tugging at his coat-tail for his attention for something that she wanted his attention for. But Angel? A surprise to the demon himself. Of course, anyone touching him held some kind of repulsion, but he could loosen up in the Hotel once in a while... as said by Husk once in a blue moon.

i've personally always liked South Park for the past few years i've known about it (and officially getting into it like, 8~ years later), but from one of my opinions i stated, South Park is one of the fandoms that is a major victim to the whole abandoning good writing for LGBTQ+ rep and character archetypes.

i think a lot of people fail to remember that while the show actually brings decent representation (in a satirical way), it's still satirical - a lot of it is making fun of everyone and anyone. i've seen people take the character sheets seriously from TFBW where they list the sexualities and gender identities and take this as literal fucking fact for the characters. like, it's not canon, and it never was! that's only for their superhero alter egos!

same goes for ships and characters in general. i've seen people perceive Tweek as a weak blonde boy with no ways to protect himself and only relying on Craig, and i have to ask: did we watch the same fucking show? does ANYONE remember how he had an Entire Fucking Bazooka at Steven Spielberg and George Lucas and was going to shoot it unless he got his friends back???

or, here's another one that makes me go crazy: Kyle being perceived as weak and emotional! he can be considered emotional for his rage, but he gets egged on by Cartman every day of the fucking week for being Jewish and being from Jersey, among a NUMBER of things. and you consider this kid, who i should consider as one of THE strongest boys in the entire town, weak? who has singlehandedly thrown hands to Cartman every time he fucks with him? nobody? nobody at all?

i could give off so many examples but i'm gonna nail it at these two specific ones because holy shit, this fandom should not have as many children in it as it should. like, there's a reason why this show is M-rated; you should not be complaining when a show is blatantly offensive when it's like that to make fun of everybody. you chose to watch this show, you're going to get what you asked for.

the whole "art lore" trend that i've seen on TikTok & Twitter sometimes is one of the weirdest and most chronically online trends i've ever seen on the internet. and most of those criticisms are by people (that i've noticed) who aren't even artists, and they go around openly breaking artists down, experienced and new. and it's the weirdest fucking thing to me.

i might be a little bit on the older side mentally, but when it comes to judging people for a specific skill or hobby they have, i get doing art for fun and not being the best at it. hell, i'm in that boat and i'm studying to be a better artist in college. but people who do it in such a "peaked in highschool" type of way is so fucking weird to me. just let people draw. you're being a cunt when you do that shit to people.

you are truly making me roll the dice here for stuff i wanna talk about LMAO

okay firstly: overwatch. i still play the game just with friends and i manage my frustrations with it as a support main, but i cannot stand how Blizzard has singlehandedly shot themselves in the foot so many times over this company. forget the sexual assault lawsuits and frat lifestyle within the company, can we talk about how their company has fucked over their OWN game that won GOTY years prior? like, how do you fuck up a game this much that you reload the gun and keep shooting yourself in the foot like that?

you lay off a majority of your art team, you scrap PvE altogether (literally why did you even BOTHER with Overwatch """2""" to begin with?) and ruin the uniqueness your game had? i will always be a 6v6 enthusiast. the only problem is Blizzard will NEVER own up to their own mistakes of making the game 5v5 after this and probably never will, because there's so many issues that could be fixed if they brought back 6v6, like y'know, that secret power creep supports had in the early seasons of OW2?

this will 100% get me some nasty response, but i cannot stand how often people will scream for certain representations within certain race groups or LGBTQ+ rep, but the moment they DO get it, that's all they'll prioritize in characters in media. i have never seen SO MUCH mischaracterization in fandoms before up until it came to the representation they brought. people care about characters more when they have an official LGBTQ+ label they have and people will drool over that. and as somebody who's asexual, there's people who will only care if a character is asexual too! like, who cares if a movie or show has amazing writing, fuck all of that - we want the GAY character that we've picked and we will mischaracterize them so hard that we'll turn them into an OC (stares at the multiple anime fandoms who are notorious for this).

and lastly, people who gatekeep are so fucking weird. i've personally never met any gatekeeper before in my life, whether it's on Tumblr or outside of that, but people who are like that are so embarrassing. like, you DO realize that most of the info you swear secrecy to and will never tell anyone can show up in an easy Google search, right? or shit about a character that you know? you're not special for guarding a fandom from people. if anything, YOU are the problem.

It was one of the last quests from Hammerlock to hunt the great beasts of Pandora. They had hunted so many prior to Hector's arrival - Terramorphous, Voracidous, Vermivorous, and others. Every beast, he brought back their heads to Hammerlock with pride. Every kill was a delicacy to them and a form of art. A painting of many colors in different shades of red. It was beautiful.

This final beast was named Haderax. who was a massive Sand Worm that resided in the Writhing Deep. According to Hammerlock, it only grew in size due to the fauna gas that Hector had released within the planet. It would explain the instantaneous growth with fungus and plant-life. He never did have much of a green thumb when it came to this kind of stuff.

"A SLIPPERY WORM OF DESTRUCTION!" He shouted, hand gripping around his buzz-axe, agreeing to hunting this creature down. "I will skin it and wear its skin like a FRESH RED COAT!"

And off they went to find Haderax. They had the necessary Eridium needed to enable the systems to bring him out of hiding. That, and the equipment needed too; he had the right weapons to put this worm back into the ground. To hear there was a delicious amount of loot was already in tune to their mind, and that was something they had been wanting for a while. Something fresh that was enough to keep their hunts enjoyable.

He did say we needed a couple of our buddies to help us in taking this thing down.

"All that I need is a cutting swing and ripped open tendons!"

Yes, yes, we'll kill this thing. You've seen what the gas has done. I don't know if you-- we will have the strength to kill this sandworm.

"I don't need anyone else! A gutted worm is ripening for the kill!"

The lair itself had been coated with the gas, pungent with a disgusting smell that made Krieg's nose twitch behind his mask. It was a sour smell that held no sort of sweetness or enticing aroma, occasionally holding his breath while traversing through the tunnel, cutting open every plant and infected psycho he saw. While the plant and fauna didn't bug him, the killing of the other bandits they saw put a bit of a twist in his gut. It felt... odd. Uncomfortable. Like he was cutting himself open this way.

This wasn't because of the fauna gas, was it? It couldn't be. Tannis never said anything about hallucinations or odd, intrusive thoughts.

The entrance of the cave loomed with overgrown vines and grass, flowers blossoming with oozing gas. The smell was more rampant than it ever was. The cave itself was perfectly carved out from the inside out. How long was this worm hiding out here? Stone platforms had been set up to traverse on with small hills that acted as steps to move from level to level. The ceiling itself had a small hole, exposing some sunlight. This place had more fungus than the entirety of the infected planet.

"IT SMELLS BAD!" He shouted, jumping down from the entrance of the cave. In reaction, one hand came up to pinch the ridge of his mask, shaking his head. Of course, this was the one time the little voice in his head could agree with him on something; the smell in this place was absolutely rancid.

Pretty fitting for a monster lair, he spoke in his ear. We've smelled worse. Not like it's the worst, but it's definitely... up there. You're going to be fine.

"I NEED TO CLEAN THE FUNGUS!" He replied, taking his buzz-axe to cutting the weeds on his way to the elevator. And lifting his mask to blow a continuous breath of fire from his mouth. Of course... we're gonna be here for a while.

A smile crossed his lips - he knew he had that sort of effect on her, but he always enjoyed seeing that smile of hers. A flush gave him an indicator that she was, at least, content with the situation and having him at her side. That was truth, unfortunately. Compared to the other servants, they would become more of a hinderance than an asset for the manor during a power outage.

"Of course... I can already hear them scrambling through the halls to find some light," he sighed with a twitched brow. "I may have to handle them by their collars in a moment. For now, let us handle what we have here. Another candle should be somewhere around here."

The Young Master seemed to be out like a light in the meantime, not sensing any bells ringing or shouting for him. A night to save for just the three stressed out servants that might break down a wall without his supervision. Taking the single candle, the wick lit up with ease, checking each area of the kitchen for any more.

"And I appreciate your commitment for the little friends of mine," he smiled. "The storm may frighten them, but a good meal once in a while will keep them company. For right now, I may have to attend to the trouble upstairs. Here is a spare candle... Is there anything in particular you are in need of, my dear?"

JUST AS HIS HAND REACHES FOR HER SHOULDER, a light flush spreads across delicate ivory cheeks; watching him for a mere few seconds in order to listen and wrack her brain for an answer. However .. ━━ ❝ Unfortunately those three are bound to cause even more of a mess, and while inevitable, it doesn't help our current situation. ❞ .. . Letting out a slow exhale, Carmen stands her ground and leans into the touch, slight noise as she does so. ❝ I can at least trust you to help get things done. ❞

Then she raises her own slightly burned fingers to his, no longer feeling the tingling that occurred moments before, and covers the gloved hand with gentle intent ; lowering her voice to more of a calm and relaxed tone. A habit she'd been showing around him the longer they were together.

Leaning her head on their intertwined hands, she turns to the window across the room and above the sink, a small opening that showed to the harsh world outside as it's crashes continued rocking the whole entirety of the large manor , ━━ ❝ We only have enough to last two days, I counted twice just to make sure. ❞ She pauses in time for another crash to ring out as the sky lights up a shining white before continuing, ❝ I also made sure to feed the sheltered felines you decided to home in your room. ❞ A playful smile, though she refused to joke.
