hi beautiful people, hope you're having a great day. i'm here to announce i'll be taking a hiatus to focus on improving my mental health. last month i've been slowly relapsing, and i want to take my time to heal before it gets worse. i don't know when i'll be back, but i'm sure i would, working on my oc's makes me so happy but right now i'm so overwhelmed by negative thoughts that i cannot enjoy the things i love to do.

if any of you are going trought the same my dms are open when you need someone to talk to, even if you think what you're feeling it's stupid, it's not, mental health it's extremely important and the smallest negative thought can have a huge impact if you don't address it in that moment. it might not seem like it right now but there are good things in this life, and we have to focus on those moments because they're truly meaningful. don't let sadness take over you, face it and try to understand why you're feeling like this and you'll know what to do to get better.

remember, don't be too harsh on yourself because i'm sure you're doing your best. you're loved, you're important, and you're beautiful and no one, not even yourself, have the right to take that away from you.
